Honestly, with transmog all of the classes technically can. I know there's given pieces for all 4 armor types (black mageweave, for instance, in the case of cloth).

Plate and Mail seem to have the most skin they occasionally show, with cloth behind them, and finally leather.
I may be wrong, but I can't think of many revealing leather peices off the top of me head...

It's entirely your choice.
You can choose to transmog your gear to a nun's outfit if you prefer full coverage. Even if you have on a chest armor that has a bare midriff, there are many stylish shirts that will cover up, and you can also equip a tabard.
You can choose to play a male character.
You can choose a race that is not generally the target of wolf whistles and catcalls, like orc, tauren, gnome, dwarf, goblin, for example.
You can choose to play as a druid and spend all your time in cat/bear/moonkin form so no one even sees your armor.
The game of WoW has more personalization options than ever now. What you choose to do with your character is entirely up to you, but whether or not a class has revealing armor
available
is not really going to vary that much between classes.

Honestly, it's about 1% of the armor, if that, that has any kind of skin showing, and most of it is vanilla, and most of it will be covered by a tabard. None of the end-game armor is revealing- none of the tier sets, none of the PvP stuff. If you see people walking around with skin showing, it's because they searched for random greens that they could transmog into. It's actually slightly difficult in wow to find armor that IS revealing.
If you're just playing the game, you may occasionally run into a piece that shows skin but you'll end up out-leveling it very quickly, and as long as you have a tabard, it covers anything that might possibly be exposed anyway.
I'm going to assume you haven't seen much of the game, or have only seen it post-transmog, because anyone familiar with it would know that the vast majority of all armor models aren't revealing. It's a non-issue, regardless of which class you play.

i agreed, all classes got revealing armor sets as long you wear them on a female.
sure many end-game tier arent that revealing anymore, but that doesnt change the fact that lower level ses have them. + lots of people are using those now for transmog.

There are a bunch of harness- style leather tops too, and I've seen at least one leather robe that's 2-piece, and shows a lot of midriff.
Here
is the mail set I made for my main- I'm pretty happy with it. I happen to like the flashier armor. I have seen a lot of pieces that go overboard and show skin for showing skin's sake- like the loincloth- but there are some pieces with a nice balance.

It does show some midriff, but it's not bikini armor either.
Pardon the boots, I hadn't gotten back to the transmog before I had to log off. My main is wearing a plate kilt set (Blessed Undead Slaying set) that comes up to her neck. ;)
