Typically, we have our mod/admin staff lurking on the forums 24/7. If you have a question, I'm sure you can make a post in one of our many forums, and the community is typically quite quick about responing, assuming they beat one of the admin/mods to the punch. : P
If ever you need real time help, I highly suggest joining us on our
IRC channel.
The mod/admin staff like to idle in there, as well as about 90 other random people. ( :

I'm not sure what it takes to post on THIS forum but I have used this server for many, many quests throughout my gametime. What I would like to know now is "what does it take to get an answer from the hosts of this page?" I only ask this since I have always been a member of this page from the beginning and now see it going more commercial. My questions go mostly unanswered though they would help most everyone playing WoW.
I like to think we're pretty good about answering any questions that come our way. Sending an email to feedback (at) wowhead.com always gets a response, now that I'm on board. We're pretty good about posting on the forums in response to questions. We even have a live chatroom that we all spend time in--I'm not quite sure how much more accessible we can be short of posting our phone numbers. :) That having been said, sometimes you just ask a
question
that the mods can't answer, you know? I don't like to have the website staff come on to their own forums and talk about how great they are, it seems tacky. :)
