What does Mastery Rating By Warrior?

I don't understand what exactly does Mastery Rating by the Warrior... Does it makes more damage if Warrior is Fury Warrior? I mean, Skills and Talents are more powerfull and doing more damage or what it does? Can some one explain me that?^^ And what I need to make my Warrior ready for PVP? Strenght and Stamina? Or I need something more? I made my first Warrior and I like him very much, but the problem is that I don't understand so much in thoose things^^ So, if someone could explain me that or tell me any important info that can make me more powerfull in PvP's, then I would be very thankfull ^^

Ok. Thanx for info.About strenght and Stamina I thought actualy so, but I wanted to be sure... ^^ And About Mastery I didn't knew that, so your information is very usefull for me. Thanx a lot ^^
