The sequence will return to casting Searing Totem, if you haven't used the macro for 6 seconds. It doesn't matter if the spell is cast or fails for any reason, the 6 second timeout is reset
every
time you use the macro.

It mean it will reset after 6 seconds since last time you touched the macro.
