Your talents are OK, but with your lack of expertise, I would suggest investing 2 points in Primal Precision. Expertise is a VERY good tanking stat. Other than that, get some serious tanking ring instead of that Dream Signet (The Ring of Earthen Might can be probably found on AH or you can get it from a Jewelcrafter and it is a damn good one before you get some epix). I would suggest struggling for an Essence of Gossamer - it is one of the best tanking trinkets out there, especially for bears.
With the upcoming changes in armor bonus modifiers for druids, the armored weapons, necks, rings and trinkets are not as desired as before, though still good. Your armor will increase after the patch, so you should struggle for something along the lines of 750+ agility, 1600+ stamina (unbuffed, in cow form), ~5% hit and 20+ expertise skill to be a good heroic dungeon tank.
I think you could tank HC Violet Hold, HC Utgarde Keep, HC Nexus, maybe even HC Drak'Tharon Keep. Anyway, if you get a hold of a good healer and some CC, you can tank almost anything.

Your fine to tank heroics.
You can go for Gundrak Heroic, last boss drops great pants, and a great ring! get 25 emblems and get the neck from emblem vender.
those are decent upgrades i can think of.
IF you do want to get primal precision for the expertise, thats fine... but i dont have it, and i tank just great without it. Since you picked up the talent, make sure you enrage every cooldown for the KoTJ 15% increase damage, it helps :) .Other than that your talents are pretty solid.
So just make sure you have a good healer.

A lot of the "being able to tank heroics"-dillema isn't that big of a deal. As a tanking druid with some decent blue-DEF / Stam, etc gear, you should be able to tank any heroic apart from the really hard ones. (Drak'Tharon can be tricky aswel, simply because the second boss hits like ^&*!, and it's hard to outheal that as a healer on a full epic tank anywayz, so make sure you get a good healer then.).
To get to the point, with your gear, you should definately be able tank VH / Nexus, etc (the low-lvl Northrend normal instances). Surely farm Gundrak every day, since there's 5 bosses on heroic = tons of badges + as Knighjen says, there drop nice pants and a ring from last boss.

The only thing other thing i can offer is... Stay away from H HoL... and H old kingdom (depending on group).
HoL is pretty tough! The bosses are simple enough, seem to hit harder than most of them, if your group cant communicate and follow direction then its a loss! Kinda the same for old kingdom, i got blasted with 14k shadow bolts, so make sure ya got somone to disrupt the casts. thats all (I HATE THOSE HEROICS)
The rest of them are pretty easy, and fun.
Oh and im dissapointed you have Staff of trickery, I've been there everyday for the past week, and NOT ONCE has the damn thing dropped!

gorget... make sure your neck/rings are stacked with str/stam, they tend to have defense and raw dodge on the green stats. Which is better than the agil/stam items that give crit ratings... i may be wrong about that, but most druid tanks use the str/stam setup.
snake boss: have everyone go back up platform next to entrance, and wait! make sure they are up at the top next to where you come in before you do anything.
when all set, cast a wrath at the boss, jump in catform and dash all the way up to the top with them, stand next to the entrance, and have ranged dps and heals stand agains the opposite wall of the entrance...
with this strategy you should be able to down the boss before the adds come up ramps, and should give you the snake wrap achievement... there are other ways, but this is the most affective if you ask me.
its the same thing for the Old kingdom first boss, kite him back to the beginning where you engage the first mobs... he should be downed before adds get there.
stay away from H HoS unless you have a great healer for the brann rescue, or its a loss deffinately, since you dont have no true 360* aggro.... hope this helps.

As for gundrak, tips on tanking that first snake boss?
It's very easy. Just stand up the top (the stairs I mean with that) and tank him there like anyone else. If your gear is a bit better I reccomend you to tank him downstairs, and whenever there are adds, just throw a Swipe in there so you get them all on ya. That way the healer has no problems and this fight is fairly easy.
But as for now, just tank him up the stairs, and everything should be fine :).
Oh, and which neckalace is better for a bear tank?
