What if it had happened differently?

I really see it as a reversal for the heroes: The champions of Light end up being the Demon pawns and the Demon pawns ending up being champions.
If Medivh is working for the Legion(as in the mouthpiece aka Ner'zhul's position), it wouldnt be hard for him to convince Llane and Lothar to support him, once Stormwind is ready, next step would be Terenas and Lordaeron, from there the other human settlements would join them. After that point, again I see dwarves and gnomes joining the Fel Alliance, but the Night Elf and High Elf's (aka the Windrunners) would be against them, in the position of the Draenei on Azeroth.
Very astute observations. I hadn't really thought of all that... let's say, for this scenario, let's say Sargeras has completely corrupted Medivh. Corrupted entirely and completely. Medivh = Gul'dan in this situation. (I know this is going to be long, please read all of it before making a comment on the idea.)
Now firstly, Medivh would do his best to convince his friends of the threat to Azeroth from the Titans, the Dragonflights, everybody who's non-human, or not willing to side with the humans. That would take care of Lothar and Llane. Once Medivh has Stormwind under his influence, he would send messages to the remaining human kingdoms for an important meeting. Much like Ner'zhul did to the clans.
Through the meetings, he would show them the future of Azeroth if the threat is allowed to keep going on. That would take care of most of the remaining kingdoms. The only one I see showing hesitance to join would be Dalaran. I also think Prestor would join; that would give the Fel Alliance the Black Dragonflight(Deathwing has been wanting essentially the same thing as Sargeras for some time, and he would probably see the opportunity in this).
So, instantly a campaign of the human kingdoms against Dalaran would begin. This would likely bring Silvermoon into the fray in the aid of Dalaran. With the might of all the other human kingdoms and the Black Dragonflight combined, Dalaran and Silvermoon would fall.
Next, the humans would go to the Dwarves and tell them of the threat. The Explorer's League would be adamantly against the idea, and a war against Ironforge and Gnomeregan would begin. This would more than likely bring the Dark Iron Dwarves into the Fel Alliance. The Wildhammers would likely come to the aid of Ironforge, but it would probably be for naught. As earlier, the combined power of the humans, the Black Dragonflight, and the Dark Irons would be too much for them.
Once this campaign has been fulfilled, the Fel Alliance would set their sights on the Trolls, who would have likely started to show hostility toward the northern kingdoms. So, the Fel Alliance would probably march on Zul'Aman, and then subsequently turn their attentions to Zul'Gurub. Once the Eastern Kingdoms had been purged, Sargeras would inform Medivh of the other continents, Kalimdor being the most important of the targets.
Sargeras would know the problem that an all-out attack on the Night Elves would bring, so he would likely propose the Fel Alliance take Northrend and the South Seas first. The Ice Trolls would likely be the first targets, so Zul'Drak and the Drakkari empire would fall. Next would come the Nerubians, and Azjol-Nerub would perish. By this time the Vrykul would have been awakened, and would probably have been duped into joining the Fel Alliance.
After the relatively easy conquest of the Tuskarr and the Taunka, the Fel Alliance would turn their sights on Zandalar. Again, the combined might of the alliance would see to it's destruction. Next would come the Undermine and the Goblins. The Fel Alliance would likely pay them for their allegiance, offering them exclusive trade rights between the kingdoms. This would add a great ammount of technology to the ranks, and would allow for an invasion of Southern Kalimdor. But first, they would set their sights on Pandaria. Which would quickly fall.
In the Kalimdor campaign, the first to go would be the Sand Trolls in Zul'Farrak. Next would be the Silithid at Ahn'Quiraj. Afterward, the Fel Alliance would come up against the Tauren, and probably enlist the Centaur in helping conquer them. After this, the Fel Alliance would begin the final campaign against the Night Elves. The Naga would probably come out of hiding and join hands against their old enemies.
Before the final incursion into the lands of the Night Elves, Sargeras would likely have demons brought in to oversee and aid in the final battle. This final attack would be result in the utter decimation of the Night Elves.
I'll leave the fate of the rest of the Dragonflights to someone else. Where would they come in to the picture in the battle for Azeroth? And after Azeroth, would the Legion and the Fel Alliance set it's sights on Draenor and Velen?
Do I need to make a TL;DR version?
Shorter version, a summary. Or...that's what I think a TL; DR is.
TL;DR = Too Long; Didn't Read
Nobody has any comments to make on where the rest of the Dragonflights would come in?
I know they'd come in to help somewhere, I'm just not sure as to when. Maybe the Blue would help Dalaran? Maybe the Red would step in after? The Bronze? Would the Green help out the Night Elves? Any ideas?
Yeah the Green's would assist the Night Elf's, but the Blue's wouldnt, don't forget in this world the Demon soul would have never been destroyed as the Orc's never captured the Queen of Life, so Malygos would still be alone in his madness hiding from the rest of the world, the few blues scattered around the world trying to assist as they could.
The Bronze would only assist if Time were to be in grand trouble, or the Fel Alliance attacked caverns of time. Otherwise they would stay out of it.
The Red's would attack, but only if it was obvious the Legion and the Black flight were fighting out in the open. If they stayed behind the scenes, the Red's might just see it as another case of war amongst the races.
Okay, so, by that suggestion, I would suppose the Red Dragonflight would come in fairly early on. The question is just: When?
I could surmise to say that Prestor would want to see how things turned out against Dalaran and Silvermoon before revealing himself as Deathwing. Maybe he would bring in his draconic forces during the campaign against Silvermoon, or maybe against Ironforge and Gnomeregan.
That would of course bring out the Red Dragonflight to aid one of them. If they'd come to help Silvermoon, the Fel Alliance could be held there. If it were against Ironforge and Gnomeregan, the Dark Irons may call on Ragnaros to help combat the Red Flight. This would give the Fel Alliance the edge in the situation; however, if they weren't able to get the Firelord behind it, the Fel Alliance could be held at this campaign.
The more I think of it, the more I see the victory of the Fel Alliance in the Eastern Kingdoms relying on rogue factions and traitors.
Then there's the matter of the Bronze Dragonflight. Would Nozdormu consider it a threat to allow the Fel Alliance the conquest of Azeroth? I would think that if the Legion controls the planet, then there would be no room for any who might resist them. Nozdormu would certainly fit this description.
Yeah, but don't forget during the War of the Shifting Sands, the only reason the Bronze flight got involved with the war against the Silithid and Quarj was because they attack Caverns of Time, had they left it alone the bronze never would have helped the Night elves and the bugs would have won.
I hadn't thought of that... I guess it's quite possible that the Bronze may not get involved. But then again, I don't see Deathwing wanting to leave the Bronze and the Blue Dragonflights alone. regardless of their state of affairs.
But, let's say that Azeroth has been conquered now. I think now that this goal is completed, Sargeras would allow Kil'jaeden the pleasure of seeking revenge on Velen and the Draenei. But the question is, would he decide to go with the same plan he had as last time, or would he try to move this already existing force onto Draenor?
This whole idea is screaming for a custom WC3 campaign, models, skins, AI, cinematics, heroes, units, spells & abilities... the whole works. I wish I had the prowess to do it, alas it is not so.
Oh I can see them launching a full scale invasion of Azeroth easily, I mean come on, eradicating the Draenei after 21000 years? They would be jumping for the chance, but that opens up the questions for Draenor: Would the Naaru return to help? Would the Ogre's and Arakkoa join with the Orc's and the Draenei to fight back, would the Sporeggar join up as well. Kinda gotta wonder about that as well.
I think that without the corruption of the Orcs, the Ogres wouldn't even be asked to help them, I think the Ogres would end up getting eradicated. And the Arakkoa, I think they might actually be persuaded to join the Fel Alliance. The good ones haven't come into the picture yet as far as we know. But I can definitely see the Draenei saving the Sporelings, and them subsequently helping the Draenei.
Hmm, actually, theres something I didn't consider, what if the Fel Alliance finds out about the Gronns and listens to the Ogre's and helps them defeat the overlords. Then the Ogre's would join with Alliance to fight the Draenor forces.
I guess that could be a possibility, but then what reason would the Fel Alliance have for allying with them? They wouldn't really be able to add anything to the ranks that the Vrykul couldn't already provide. And another thing, why would the Fel Alliance care about the plight of the Ogres? They certainly didn't care about anyone else in Azeroth, so why would they change that mindset to help someone?
But... I could see them trying to subjugate the Gronn. If they could do that, the ogres would fall in line with them, and it would add a significantly powerful force to something already near unstoppable. Allegiance under pain of death is what I would see in that situation.
