with your stats and decent heals and dps, you should start with Utgarde Keep, it's the easiest by far. We're doing it every day and is the place to take a weaker member to start to gear him up.

After that I would say Drak'Tharon. While the first boss and the Dino boss his very hard, the rest is cake and you will get through it. Some people say that the 2nd heroic you should try is Violet Hold, but we've never finished it yet. Gundrak decimated us too.

Keep in mind the 540 defense you need to get to be uncritable. Heck, with a good group you might be able to fare much better than we did.

But then again, it all depends on your group. Going with weak DPS or heals will make it very hard to finish any heroics.

you need about 20 more defense rating to get to 535 defense (540 is for raids), then you can start some heroics. a couple gems or enchants and you're there. at only 20k, hp you might need to consider using some CC, depending on your healer.

i've done about half the heroics, and so far none are all that difficult with a good group.

strat - pretty easy, but first boss hits like a mac truck
VH - depends a bit on your luck with bosses, but nice and quick
nexus - quite easy, but good heals are needed to heal through ice chains

gundrak - a slight step up in difficulty. more adds to deal with and the impale at the end really hurts clothies.
oculus - annoying aoe packs, especially at the beginning. the dragon fight takes good group coordination - i imagine it will suck in a PUG. the other bosses are not difficult.

for profs, since you have mining, either BS or JC are good choices. pick which one appeals to you.

Why drop skinning if you've leveled it all the way to 450 already?

While some craftables might help a little bit, most of the good stuff is BoE nowadays. The rest you can dungeon crawl for.

You're going to be able to farm your own mats for anything in-game that you want made, and make a fortune selling the rest.

I'm a miner/engineer. Engineering has some nice perks, but nothing I couldn't live without. I just picked it up early and leveled it as I went. Leveling blacksmithing or engineering from 1-450 would be insanely painful, even if you're gathering your own ore.
