What is Monkey Speed?

Sometimes I keep getting this buff called "Monkey Speed" for random reasons, the most recent one was a mob attacking me. When I clicked on the spell it said:
Monkey Speed
Instant
While Aspect of hte Monkey is active, each time you dodge you gain 30% increased movement speed for 6 sec. This does not stack with other movement increasing effects.
(Note typo)
First of all I have Aspect of the Dragonhawk on and secondly the mob's attacks did not dodge, is this a bug?
Times when it occurs (very rarely does):
When a mob attacks me,
When a mob dies,
and finally, when I switch aspects.

I feel like an idiot, :S
I just added that one in to my glyphs.
Thanks for clearing it up anyways.
Still doesn't explain why I get it when mobs hit, but I never dodged their attacks.
