Actually, that chart doesn't give you how much Regrowth actually does, because it doesn't factor in Crit, which as we all know is a HUGE factor for Regrowth. It increases HPS and HPM.
Helpful charts, just not totally fair to Regrowth.
edit: In response to the OP: when fully talented, I think that I read that it was Rejuvenation, but that is just by numbers. Rejuv ticks every 3 seconds, so the actual healing it does when looking at it getting out-healed by other healers/direct heals and even Lifebloom may make it less so.
