cap hit first(292), then stack str, use crit were needed, u wanna be around 30% unbuffed. i feel exp is a stat thats based in your own opinion, if you think you need it, stack it.

If I am remembering correctly (Which ever so rarely happens), you only really need expertise if you're attacking a boss from the front. Expertise reduces the targets chance to dodge/parry, both of which only work in the frontal 180 arc. I may be wrong, again.
As for stats, I'd go Hit ---> Crit ----> Str, obviously within reason. Don't skimp on hit to get crit/str, and don't skimp on crit/str to get hit. They should pretty much all rise together, just with hit ahead of the others, and crit ahead of str.

I am sick of these threads. Wowhead advice is alway poor, unless coming from a select few.
Pallies DO NOT NEED TO BE HIT CAPPED. The weight of str is far higher than hit. You will get plenty of hit from gear, focus on stacking str and your dps will be far higher.
Originally, expertise was, no doubt, one of the worst stats for a pally. DS, judgements, seals and cons made up the top damage abilities and were all holy damage. Now, DS is physical and can be parried and dodged (Should be behind the target anyway, so parry shouldn't be added to the equation), but, , if you look at your damage done by each ability/spell, you will find that you're still doing most of your damage through holy damage, therefore, expertise is still not a stat you need to worry about stacking.
Point for point, str gives more dps than hit...it's not something to be debated, it's a FACT. Again, your gear will give you the hit, just focus on stacking str. If you feel you want hit, than you certainly don't need to be over 140.

You are. Atacks can be dodged when you are behind the target. You must be in front to be parried. If you are behind the target, expertise is about as valuable at hit.
