Sounds good, might need to gem up all those offspec epics I got and try it out once 4.06 lands. The big one is mastery - will it be a stat worth taking, or are we still going to avoid it like the plague. It does seem a hefty amount of damage, and it scales with strength (since its a % increase), but I don't know if it will be enough if it only effects a small subset of our offensive abilities.
