What level gear for new 5 mans?

For the new 5man icecrown dungeons what level of gear is required for the heroic modes? Heroic trial of the champion is significantly harder than older heroic dungeons, at least from a tanking and healing perspective. Do the new 5 mans need similar gear or even better gear?

I would say they need the same level as H ToCh, possibly as good as Naxx or so.
