What MoP features are available to Cataclysm account?

If I subscribe with a cataclysm account without upgrading what features of MoP are available and what are not?
I know that you can't make a monk without MoP but I think you can create a Pandaren (non monk). I know you don't have access to the 85-90 zones.
Can you do the pet battles?

You get access to almost everything short of going to Pandaria itself. So yes, you can do pet battles and create Pandarens. However, it is not possible to be a monk without MoP (I think it has something to do with Zen Pilgrimage taking you to Pandaria and new classes being expansion-locked)

Pandas and pet battles
No monks, no leveling past 85, and no access to new lands or dungeons. You can of course access the panda starting turtle.
Pet battles - yes.
