Which zone is the character you're wanting to emulate in? I found a bunch of Koltira Deathweavers in the database, and they're all outfitted like
Koltira Deathweaver
, who is wearing a full plate set, so no tattoos visible. Oh, and that link's comments show where to get the plate set if you're after that.
