For me the fastest and from which i get most primal nethers dungeon is Heroic Mechanar.If you have a good group it's a piece of cake.

Haven't done Mech but Slave Pens is pretty easy. Underbog... yeah, it's pretty easy and with a decent group you can rip through Ramps in about 30 mins.
