I know this also kind of comes down to opinion but I've been playing a hunter for awhile, level 82 now and I'd like to try something different. What class is best for widespread healing? like, which class would be easiest and best as a healer in a dungeon? Please Help, Answer Respectfully, Thank You :]

While you're levelling? You want easiest and best? Discipline priest. You put a shield on the tank and then smite your way to the top of the DPS, or just ask the group to wake you up when the boss is dead. Holy is much busier, since your job is to heal damage already done, not prevent the damage with a very potent shield.
At end game, I've found resto shammies to be the easiest. Just a few spells, with few decisions to be made while healing. Holy priests have many more spells to play with, for different situations, and I find that healing with holy, 5 or 6 spells contribute fairly equally to my total healing done. With a resto shammy, that's 3 or 4 spells.
I have limited experience with a druid and none with a paladin, but apparently paladins have some pretty good AoE healing now.
Personally, I enjoy a holy priest the most.

Holy priest is definitely the most entertaining to heal with.
Shaman heals are easy but dull.
Pally heals are a bit more entertaining, but for sheer utility, nothing beats a holy priest.
(I can't comment on resto druid, but I've healed with the other classes)

Resto Shaman

Pallys have in my opinion the best potential at the moment in 5.1/5.2. They require a bit of raid planning to be played optimally though since they perform better when raids are not spread out. They are currently competing with Disc for the title of "best" healer.
Disc priests are very strong at the moment but due to the nature of their mechanics they become more awkward to play alongside other disc priests. i.e. ideally you would only run 1 disc in a 10 man raid. Considerably easier to play well than Holy with better tank healing capabilities.
Druids are getting a bit of a buff next patch which should help them a bit. Druids are a bit similar to Holy priests in that they do very well at spread out raid healing. They also do well in high movement encounters.
Resto Shammies have some great utility and on certain fights (i.e. Tsulong) do really really well although they can be situationally constrained and often need a stacked/static raid with not so much movement. Currently the best pvp healer though due to their overall toolbox.
Holy priests are unfortunately getting a bit of a direct nerf next patch which is sad because they are one of the hardest classes to play well. Nearly unusable in PVP.
Monks - I have no idea, they got "hotfixed" during 5.1 because they were too powerful, not played one so have no idea really.
Best for stacked up raids:
Shammies
Pally
Best for movement and spread out raids:
Druid
Disc
Best for big throughput:
Disc
Pally
Best for tank healing:
Pally
Disc
The important thing to note is that ANY class of healer can be amazing in the right hands. I've played them all at max level cap with the exception of Shammy and Monk (never even tried levelling a monk!) and you can top LFR meters with all of them.
I would play a Pally as my main if I had a free choice but my guild already has a Disc and a Pally so I play other classes to help with raid comp balance, I'm currently playing a druid as a main character because having a ranged offspec is very helpful.
In short: play whatever, if you practice enough and get good at healing you can succeed with any of them, healing is very different to DPS - there are no specs or classes which are not viable.

I'd say either holy pally or resto sham. Both have the ability to provide aoe, "spot and dot" heals, and massive heals with relative ease. A shamans raid utility is beyond what they look like at the surface level. And with a relatively simple tool kit its easy to start with the basics and progress into an all-around great raid healer. I mean what other class can boast aoe and single target heals at the same time.(My Shaman Bias) On the other hand my holy pally gets the most play mainly due to his raid versatility and his ability to sustain the tank with relative ease while at the same time easily conserving mana to pick up the slack for other assignments.(something which i do not suggest) And to answer the question... i reluctantly suggest a holy pally for you kind sir/madam. With the versatility one brings(OffSpec Tank) and his ability to become a raid/dungeon hero(lay on hands, Pally Bubble,Buffs), not to mention the joy of
KITING FOR DAYS
in pvp(which you're probrably fairly use to as a hunter), a pally healer is far more entertaining than a shammy healer(or any other healer) for one who is used to the active play style of a hunter. Good luck in your choice. Hope i was helpful.
Note: I have yet to try a Mistweaver Monk.

Having played them all, it really comes down to your preferred play style.
Druid - Excellent blanket healing ability, not a ton of oomph single-target compared to others. Brings Tranquility to the game, though. Combined with a holy priest as a pre-and-post healing combo for raid healing (blanket hots pre-damage + holy aoe recovery), really quite amazing.
Shaman - Great 5-man healer, excellent as part of a 25-man healing team, can be challenging in a 10-man healing team. Played well, one of the better healers.
Paladin - Tied, imo, with disc priest for best tank-healing. Decent AoE heals, some of the strongest single-target healbombs in the game.
Priest (Disc) - As stated, probably tied with Holydin for tank-healing slot. Also strong, even with the 5.2 nerfs, at emergency AoE with Spirit Shell + Prayer of Healing.
Priest (Holy) - Again, imo, probably the most challenging class/spec to play
well
, but if done right, phenominal at either single-target bombing or blanket aoe in a reactive fashion.
Monk - I have no idea. Hitting things to heal your friends is weird. I will say that as a tank I love running around collecting monk balls. Scratches the PacMan itch. :)
So I guess what healer you're interested in depends what you want to do. If it's all about raiding, it depends what the composition of the rest of your raid healing team is, and what size. If it's PvP, most will work, but save yourself aggravation and don't use a holy priest. If it's 5-mans, play what you like. They all do well.
