Last I checked, Hateful and Deadly are in the game now. Vault of Archavon. Hateful in 10 man and Deadly in 25 man.

We're talking about the Gladiator PvP set, not Dungeon/raid set.

It's a good way for PvE players to get some decent PvP gear. And I don't see how you can complain about getting 10 people together to do an extremely easy boss that consists of, walking in, faceroll, collect loot.
It also gets you some PvE gears so you don't go into heroics or 10 man pugs with no hit rating.

OMG! This is really stupid imo, I don't want to go raids to get PvP set, because in all groups I am in just sucks, for example, the Tank or Healer leaves just because the dps got aggro and died like 3 times or the healer gets %^&*ed of at the tank because the tank just runs in and start dying because the healer is oom.

You don't HAVE to raid to get PvP items, there is just an opportunity to do so for a couple of items.

the people who dedicated their lives on spending at least few full 24 hour days every week in raids - are welcome to do so
(25 raid is 4-6 or 8 hours)
players who enjoy playing pvp more, and further - player who don't want to spend their lives (literally) in WoW - are welcome to play pvp
(an Arena match goes for 1-5 minutes)
Because Archavon is really a 8 hour raid.
