Might have had buffs on your during the tests on the dummies, or possibly you got lucky with LnL procs. How long did you do the tests? If they weren't for at least 5 minutes then just blame it on RNG. You don't just lose 1.5k dps (at least last I checked).

Other than that I have no idea. Test moar.

Stop worrying so much about stats. They will not make any kind of significant difference in your dps.

It' a bit older and with spell queueing the latency cast stuff isn't really necessary anymore but it stil doesn't do any harm.

Gear is way overrated.

Get the agility enchant on your cloak. Get rid of your Steady Shot Glyph in favor of Arcane Shot or Serpent Sting (depending on the fight). Reforge 200 haste off your gear.

And yes, if your DPS is suffering that badly (you should be significantly higher than 13-14k on Argaloth even without a heroism), you need to work on your priority system and focus management.

Too much hit and haste. The caps are 961 for hit and 757 for haste. Reforge excess stats to crit where possible. Also, crit is better than mastery, so reforge that where possible.

You have the wrong enchant on your legs. Dragonscale Leg Armor is better. It's a small difference, but everything counts. Also, +22 agi to cloak is better than the Cata crit enchant.

Respec. One With Nature is pure crap. Sic Em is way better, and you can max out Careful Aim for the early phase. There is also generally no need for the 2nd point in Serpent Spread; even with 1 point, you should be casting Multishot again before the initial SS expires anyway. Move that point into Bestial Discipline---a properly talented pet (at least 1/2 Wild Hunt) should almost never overcap on focus.

Are you buffing with +agi food and flasks? Are you using an appropriate pet to provide any missing raid buffs?

I was between 18-19k on Argaloth with ilvl 350 gear. The minor flaws in your gearing and talents wouldn't account for the entirety of that difference. There has to be some room for improvement in your shot selection, but I can't guess at that from your armory. The easiest thing to mess up is not switching to Aspect of the Fox during firestorm; the AP from Hawk is nothing compared to the massive loss of focus regen from canceling Cobra Shots.

I care to disagree, got a worse reputation than it deserve, and even if is better, you can have both at the same time, you don't have to choose one over the other. is great for target dummies and bosses where you need high DPS for the first 20%, there are however few bosses where high DPS the first 20% is important, there are however many bosses where the last 20% is a critical phase, won't help you then, but will.

Taking both Sic Em and Bestial Discipline is better than Careful Aim if burn phases are more important than overall dps---at no point is One With Nature even worth considering.

Bear in mind, however, that taking those talents is dependent on having the pet with either 1/2 or 2/2 Wild Hunt. Keeping the pet fed with focus (and talenting to burn it effectively) is far better than a nearly worthless boost to AP.
