Level skinning and mining as fast as you can. Sell everything you get at the AH. Stop when they are both at 300 and keep leveling, you should have a base amount of gold to keep leveling. Dont forget to skin/mine everything you see in Outlands.
If you need gold now ( some skills to buy for example ), farm runecloth. Prices should be quite high since a lot of players want to raise capitals reputation for the achievement.
