Which 2 rune strike is better for single mob threat generation?

Hello, I am a Unholy specced tank. So far i'm only 78, and tanked upto Gundrak. I have never had problems with single target threat generation (or aoe threat gen for that matter, :P).

But, I was wondering what strike to blow my U/F rune combo behind.
Being an unholy tank, i have access to Scourge Strike.
But I was also looking at the possibility of using those runes for Death Strike.

So here's my question.

Which strike is better for single target (bosses) threat generation.
Scourge Strike or Death Strike?
Does the healing component from the death strike count as more threat?
Even if Death Strike comes out to be at a slightly lesser threat, is it worth using, considering that it lessens the healing intensiveness on your healer. (Maybe for healing intensive fights, like final boss in UK?)

I have had no raid experience as a tank, ever, so some experienced feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

death strike does very little damage, and healing only generates half the threat that damage does...

use scourge strike.
