Which leggings should I go with for feral tank?

Considering your stats, I would say you made the right choice with the Legguards of Swarming Attacks.
However I woud like to make a suggestion. Take two points out of the Thick Hide talent as has a pretty low usefulness. Or if you like high armor (and this talent, combined with the upcoming change of +66% armor from leather/cloth items into the Survival of the Fittest, will become better), then take them out of the Infected Wounds. And place them into Primal Precision. That way you'll get a whole bunch of expertise. And then replace your pants with the Chain Gang Legguards, as this will prove to be a better combination, providing higher hit rating, higher stamina and even higher expertise skill in the end (10 from talent compared to 6.59 from the Legguards of Swarming Attacks). And double the attack power = better threat generation.
So bottom line in my opinion, get Primal Precision 2/2 and Chain Gang Legguards.
PS: get rid of that Dream Signet. Buy a Ring of Earthen Might from AH or have a jewelcrafter make it for you. It is WAY better than that thing. Also replace that Warsong's fervor with something more tank - oriented. Anything...

IMO the Chain Gang Legguards are the better option. Simply because so much of the good feral tanking gear comes stacked with expertise. Its easy to get. Hit Rating is a little less common to come by on the tanking stuff (plenty on the dps stuff mind you).
After that the stats are better all around on the CGL's (depending on how you gem ofc)

i hate to sound like im trolling -_-
if u have feral precision then u wont need as much but stacking it out as much as possible is ONLY good if your a mt or intend to mt at all, apart from that hit stack =)
