I'm confused about what you're asking. Are you asking if each of the above compositions are viable? Are you asking which one would get to the highest rating if the players have "X" gear and "Y" skill level?

Holy Paladin + Anything will work just fine.
Resto druid + Anything will work just fine.
I'm skeptical of spellcleaves (like Spriest and Frost Mage) and meleecleaves (like Ehn shammy and Death Knight) as they don't have any dedicated healers. You gotta realize that I play a healer in 2s, and I want to keep my job.
