The lightning capacitor is kinda lame cause it doesn't give you any other stats except a +~800 or so dmg every 5-10 seconds depending on your crit rate.
I scraped the capacitor for Pendant of the violet eye(+40 int, mana regen), and I still use my Xiri's Gift.
