Right here.
Use
This link
to find your character and select it to bring up the character in question. Under the tabs above the model will be an option for quests. By navigating the quests you can find all the ones you have finished and all the ones you have to work on.

You should be aware that the profiler is currently in a less-than-ideal condition. Much of the content for Pandaria has not been added. Wowhead staff have said they're working on a separate tool to cover the completion data, but they haven't announced it officially yet.

If the Profiler is broken in this regard, the
EveryQuest
add-on can get you the desired info within the game itself.
