I would have suggested a druid. Druids are stupidly powerful and can do it all. I did a group quest with myself and a friend, both lvl 80 hunters, and it was very difficult. Watched a lvl 79 druid do it solo. Talk about humbling.....
Druids can do things other classes fail, because they can tank, heal, dps all in one. Druid, druid, druid would have been a good trio imho =)
