The Male Blood Elf is voiced by *edit* Cam Clarke, actually, the double alliteration confused me*, an anime VA of minor renown. I hate his voice. The Blood Elves killed his voice for me.
I love the Draenei and Dwarf voices. Their voices really fit their culture.

Tie between male Blood Elf (Cam Clarke) and the Narrator (the late, great Tony Jay).
Edit: To RogueJedi86 Lex Lang does not voice the male blood elf, its Cam Clarke although I did think Lex Lang did a pretty good job voicing Crim in .hack//SIGN.

Actually I believe Rimelight is correct, the male blood elf is done by Cam Clarke.
