I think most of the WoW voice acting is just awesome, with a few exceptions (ne male, orc female, human female ><).
Best though, I think must be the first time going up against Ragnaros. Truly epic feeling! :D
From TBC I think the ogre boss in Shattered Halls is very funny.
edit: Oh, and all the gnomes, male and female. Couldn't be done any better! Favourite is the female npc "Hiii, how are youuu!"

My favorite voice actor in Warcraft III and WOW has to be the Illidan Stormrage
which is done by Matthew Ying King in WC III and Jeff Bennnett in The Burning Crusade.
