In the 9-10 years I have been playing MMORPGs I have always gravitiated towards a healing class so it was finally time for a change and the Rogue class seemed to fit the bill.

My main being a resto shaman I get alot of action in raids, but really I feel I am better at raid dps. I knew I would never be allowed to go as enhance since they would "die" without me healing I rolled a rogue to step up the competition for top dps which had sort of stagnated since we almost always had the same 6-7 people cleaning house.
I rolled the rogue and I do not regret it one bit. I still prefer the shaman for arena pvp but BGs I stick with the rogue. Fun fact since I rolled a human rogue im taking advantage of some of thier racials mostly perception and sword spec. Best part imo with rogues is noone can tell you to respec to heal because they are short 1.

Cause I'm a stealth/spy nut. Splinter Cell, Thief, MGS, played as a rogue in Morrowind/Oblivion, Hitman, etc. etc.
There's just something about being able to sneak through an enemy infested base/camp/forest/whatever just so you can kill the boss at the end and then sneak back out.
That furbolg never knew what hit him.

My main was a BM Dwarf Hunter and the most challenging fights were always with a rogue. I wanted to learn more about the rogue class so one day when my server crash I ended up making a Horde rogue. He is at level 70 now and have enjoyed it since then....

Always gravitated toward the lightly-armored, heavy melee damage sort of characters in any RPG/tabletop I play.
My first toon in WoW was a paladin. I think he's still dead in the wetlands somewhere...
