Why Not Recycle Almost ALL Old Content?

Well, I think it would be great if Blizzard just made a heroic version of all old world dungeons, excluding LK dungeons.
Imagine, all old world instances having a heroic version available with scaled loot. I would love it.
Heroic Stockades so I could fight a LEVEL 85 HOGGER! YES PLZ!
Heroic Strat and Scholo? Omg... *salivates*.
Of course, I wish they would just release all heroic versions at once, instead of 1 at a time every patch, so they could just work ahead on new stuff without putting in fillers.
And bring back old raids later as 5 mans that drop epics, (Karazhan plz?)
What do you guys think? I would really love it!
List the downsides and what awesomeness could transpire from this idea too!
