Defense. It's a heck of a lot easier to stay crit immune in tempered titansteel gear than in icebane gear.
Unless you plan to DPS, you should sell that icebane gear by the way; tanks have no need for frost resistance anywhere in the current content.

No. Nobody needs frost resistance for the last boss in Naxxramas, in either 10-man or 25-man. As for the second-last boss in Naxxramas, everyone
except
the tank can benefit from having some frost resistance. The tank will take more damage if he swaps from normal tank gear to frost resistance gear, because the boss in question (Sapphiron) hits very hard in melee.

It looks like the Tempered Titansteel Helm will get a nice buff next patch. Meta socket and blue socket will be added. That will make it a really nice tanking helm. I have one waiting for me in my bank for when the patch comes out.
