They each reduce threat by 10%. They don't stack.

This is my current build.
I use this exact set up, besides two things. Blast wave and Dragon's Breath.
I promise, promise, PROMISE. These are NOT needed for a good FFB spec. You shouldn't worry at all about tossing some AoE effects, unless you're blizzarding down a mob. Instead, I've found the two other points far better spend in.
A) Improving your firespell's range. This is decent, and I like it simply cause I prefer to be as far from the fight as needed, and I'll take the range on my scorch. (Doesn't effect FFB.)
B) My currect favorite... Molten Shields. Seriously, this talent has LONG been over looked. But, look at it closely. In boss fights you're not going to be DB or BW's the boss. If you do... you need to reroll. However, with bosses like the Nex dragon, you SHOULD have frost ward up anyway. There's also ALOT of casters out there now that don't hold their threat on the tank. And I feel the chance to reflect a spell will pay off alot more in raids/heroics than it would splashing the random mob.

Frostfire Bolt is 85% of your dps. Did you know it benefits from both Frost and Fire talents? Your main spell draws 20% less threat.
