Ask yourself this: Why should it be removed?
If you can't instantly find a good answer, then it's probably because it would be stupid to do it, and the trainer will stay. Maybe the rock he's standing on will look different though.

When I start playing again this summer (likely it will be before Cat is released which I can only guess will be next fall) I plan on going straight for those mounts and finishing my wintersaber training. That way if they stay in the game, I got them and if they don't I got rare mounts and braggin rights.Heh, you might want to start earlier then that, I know back in Vanilla days it took about 3 months to get the Wintersaber mount, and that was doing it every day for like 8 hours.

To get rid of the wintersaber trainer would mean they would get rid of the raptor trainer as well.. they're on completely different ends of the continent. I doubt the cataclysm could affect them both so I'm sure they'll still be there. As for the instances, Blizzard already stated none of them will go away ( I think). At least I've read that even though Blackrock Mountain will be affected with the cataclysm, BRD, LBRS, UBRS, and MC will still be there.

Its extremely unlikely the frostsaber trainer will be removed. Reason? Because blizzard has only just now put back in the game the venomhide ravasaur quest chain back in ungoro. If they removed the frostsaber trainer they would have to remove the venomhide trainer too, and having only just put him back in, would be an unfair screwup, with alliance having there speical mounta training all through the game.

I hope all of the minor fractions will evolve and have a more formed base.Like the Winterspring Frosaber Trainers will have a medium sized camp where they will have WF stable.
