If turning off your addons doesn't solve the issue then you can open a ticket on a different character so that a GM can move your character out of Dalaran.

I had a very similar problem. My main could login, who was sitting in Dalaran, but my alts couldn't (sitting in IF and SW).
Like electric8 said, I found that QuestHelper was causing the problem. Had to disable this Addon and then could login fine. What I would suggest is move the WTF and INTERFACE directories from your WOW install, to your desktop (or zip them up and delete them for backup purposes). Try to login then. That fixed it for me, narrowing down the issue to a config/addon issue.
If this fixes it, update your QuestHelper addon (I even had to go as far as deleting all the SavedVariable files (specific to QuestHelper) in my WTF characters' folders, so I didn't have to redo my config/UI.
