Warlocks are very powerful in pvp now, they will be even more so in S6 or S7 cant remember which we're on.
So the more warlocks in higher arena the more powerful will of the foresaken become. Same for priest representation, and possibly even warriors.

You all seem to be thinling too straight forwardly. Every Man for Himself is, in the great majority of the situations, vastly superior.
You seem to be thinking only about simple trinkets. I suggest you take a look at
Battlemaster
. or the extremely good
Spark of Hope
. Or the
Figurine
. It is not pure stat-wise that makes EMFH as good - after all, if you do not want the resilience there are trinkets to substitute Medallion - like
This
. Its the uber versatility, and special trinket features that make EMFH just that good.
Imagine a hypothetical Arena battle. Most of the high-rated matches are bound to last quite a bit; that would give a Spark of Hope mana user a much higher chance of lasting, through impressive regen and reduced mana costs. A class that needs a quick escape or rush to his partner (Prot Healers anyone?)will have a very nice bonus on the speed increase provided by the Figurine.
You can surely make options, but when it comes to Humans, they can choose two options. That is what makes EMFH that good.
Will of the Forsaken would break a few spells, sure - but for the vast majority of the encounters, it is beaten by EMFH. especially when you look at the classes dominating - Paladins, Death Knights, Druids, Priests and Shamans on 5v5 - out of those, only priests fear/charm, none having effects broken by Will.

yeah...did you forget about cannibalize? i've seen more than 1 match turned because of that. don't go complaining about racials if you're only willing to look at one aspect of the package.

Utter fail here. Horde should never complain about their OP racials. They have a major advantage with racial use in PvP over Alliance racials.
You have fear immunity, aoe stun, aoe silence, berzerking, and stun reduction.
We have an extra trinket slot(blizz nerfed it with the introduction of titan forged trinkets), a HoT on a cooldown, bleed/poison removal, shadow meld, and escape artist which is probably the second most powerful for a melee dps.
Your racials work offensively, and some can be used defensively, while ours are basically all defensive.

Awesome, Horde have the dominant racials for, I believe, Vanilla Wow and Burning Crusade and now they're complaining Alliance has decent racials? (Not sure about Vanilla, positive about BC.) I hope you also realize that not every person on Alliance rolls Human. If you want a Hunter or Druid you go NE, sometimes NE Shadowmeld is better. I think its a great racial.

No, It's OK, Stoneform breaks Wyvern Sting :P .
But seriously, WotF trumps all. The level of forgiveness it allows when one makes a strategic mistake is good, but at the highest level, it's not just good, it's practically required for matches like rogue/priest mirrors because sometimes you just can't avoid that scream.
But it won't matter after the racial change is implemented, cause Blizz will be rich and that's what matters. To be honest, I consider this to be a serious reason as to why they would want to make one racial more attractive than others.
But let me save you the cash my friend, and I say this nicely, and as honestly as possible: Stick with your Undead :}

Well, to answer this, you could ask a very simple question.
How many Humans out there would pick up an Insignia of the Alliance if they didn't share a cooldown with the racial?
*surveys the masses of hands that would pop up*
