I've updated the looter to remove the call to wlScanTitles() during the handling of PLAYER_LOGOUT - per your suggestion. It seemed to work sometimes on my toons, but not always - which is bad, hehe.

WL_VERSION = 40015
WL_VERSION_PATCH = 2

Players must now do '/wl collect' in-game to get updated titles.

Players who don't collect in any given game session shouldn't have their title data wiped from our profile system - it should leave that data alone in this case.
