am trying to login wowhead client, but always says (make sure you entered a valid wowhead username/password combination in the options screen) while i can't use my email as user and i try to put HSFA small or caps, still not working,, i even rest my password,, still not working..

It's a known issue. Could you please send an email at feedback@wowhead.com from email address associated with your Wowhead account and describe the problem?

OKAY ... Now I'm super upset...
I am a Premium customer. I thought the site was worth the yearly due. But I'm tired of this issue with the client. I've been in contact with Customer Service. I went through several email threads and did what was requested.
To find out this is a known problem that is over a year old and after having someone treat me like I was stupid because I could not log in just makes me mad.
As a person with 30 years of computer experience, I think it's time for WOWHEAD to make some changes and fix this problem on their side. We have all learned the login to the website is different than the log into the client. I've changed my passwords so many times to ridiculous. It would be easier for WOWHEAD to fix this problem than to have others confused and upset players. I've had conversations with other players and they all say the same. It was too difficult to setup so they stopped trying.
The only reason I found this posting was again because of the way I had been made to feel n the email from your tech support. I thought I was doing something wrong. I wanted to know where I should log into exactly to get to the client. Instead, I found this.

Forgive me for making you feel stupid, but I kept trying to make it clear that <Premium User> is not part of your username, on the site OR in the client, and that seemed to end the conversation with you for whatever reason. I've provided specific instructions to resolve the problem via email and I don't see in our logs that you've requested to reset your password, or change the password in your account settings. if you're still having issues with the client perhaps it stems from the length of your password, or some special character you're using, either way... respond to the email, and I'll further troubleshoot the problem if you've already followed the instructions I've previously sent to attempt to resolve the issue.
I do see that you may have changed your password on November 17th, which is also the last time you successfully uploaded data in our client. Hypothetically, something about that new password has caused your issue with the client.
All that said, once we release our new client, it will use the same login as the site (even Battle.net) so this will no longer be a problem, but until then, try to work with me. Thank you.(##RESPBREAK##)
