I think they discounted the db sites for the reason that they all suck.
All but Wowhead, right? :) We can only wait and see.

I spent 6 months trying to find someone in Blizz who knew or cared about fan sites and finally gave up last spring when i found someone that confessed their fansite postings were 2 years old.
This fansite page is new to me - i notice there's still no way to contact them about getting on the list.
