Speaking your mind is one thing...being a complete #$%^&*! for no good reason is another. Posts that get edited or deleted are due to people attempting to cause #$%^, flame wars, or just plain trolling, or linking to websites with nothing but memes, vulgar or obscene content, or gold selling/key loggers.

I love the work the mods do here, to at least keep the rampant trolls and idiots down to a calm level. Keep up the good work.

Also, remember, while you have the right to spew whatever stupid thing you want, someone else has just as much right to report your crap.

I feel like even though the post has been locked and the issue has been finalized. I should say something.

Moderation is hard. You need to know when to moderate and when to sit back and have the community handle itself. By no means do I feel that I am a perfect moderator. Yet, I feel that I am getting better with each interaction I have. I also feel that I still have much to learn.

I always appreciate feedback when it can be constructive and has some indication that the person giving it wants to know my thought process as well. This post is not one of those posts. This post simply makes me not second guess the moderation.

I try and have a light hand on the forums because I feel that the community should take care of itself, and grow through debate and constructive criticism. Posts that are simply written to provide nothing more than a cheep insult or deprecation of a persons interest are not needed, and I will happily keep moderating them out.
