Berserking
seems to be the best. Yeah, that armor penalty hurts if you get hit, but how often do rogues get hit if they're where their supposed to be (ie behind the target)?

Well, in PvE if you get hit, you are doing something wrong.. seriously...

in PvE it is inconsequential and in PvP the damage outweights the armor lost
