This is not a case of our site not updating--this is because we use Blizzard APIs and the APIs will not update until the Armory updates. This is sometimes instantly or sometimes on Tuesdays, it depends on how the Armory is behaving. Sorry for the inconvenience :)

Hopefully that translate it well enough, and you understand this well enough. That means there is something wrong on Blizzards end and until they do something, it won't show up on Wowhead. The Wowhead client goes by what is said on the Armory page. It goes through your armory and see what has changed and added it to the site.
You can also get an addon that will run while you're playing that will manually collect the data on quest you have completed.
