aff roation:
SB > haunt > Corr > CoA > UA > immo > SL > etc
starting with SB and haunt gets all your debuffs up ready for the DoTs to start.
Corr and CoA are your biggest damage spells so get them on early.
UA and immo have the same cast time and DoT length so they can always be recast together.
immo is better DPCT than SB so should be used on all boss fights.
imo (though i would be interested to hear discussion on this point) MC is better than 2 points in ISB. ISB is such a small increase and it's uptime is now very low and since it doesn't help DoTs anymore it's a seriously underpowered talent. MC, on the other hand, is almost always up due to so many shadow DoTs running and adds a reasonable benefit to immo.
from some of the theorycraft i've seen immo is always better DPCT but the shortfall is far smaller after 35% mob health, at which point the buff from death's embrace to shadow damage kicks in. this is probably a good point to drop immo since you'll want to concentrate on 'affliction effect' uptime ready for DS spam at 24%
