Nope. It's not bad, but it's certainly not the best.

You can still get it, I've helped like 3 or 4 warriors get that sword for some extra AOE tanking.
Grab about 15 people you know and just run into MC and kill Garr and Geddon weekly. If both of those bindings happends to drop, Try to get a full run with either your guild.. Or your relam.

And then into BWL you go...
Most servers got some kind of guild that cleared BWL and a smart guildleader would not destroy the ores.

No, But if your farming for a legendary item.. You have to be prepared to pay something for it.
Why? becouse, legendary items are EPEEN and rare. And if you want something bad enough a price wont stand in your way.
