X-perl buffs

doing my head in how do i get rid of these buff bars i cant find anything that will even let me move them, when i target myself or someone it shows my buffs on them.

Do you have Quartz installed? I do and it has a buff watcher very similar to that.

Yes it was from quartz, i expected it do be x-perl because i installed both x-perl and quartz at the same time, but thanks now i can properly sort my UI :)
