I'll avoid asking questions that no one can answer and send an e-mail instead.
In the future, you shouldn't negate your previous statements with the word "but" because it's exactly what you just did and I do realize you were trying to be rude.
Funden is more or less right though, whether or not he sounded rude. There's far worse out there, no doubt ;)
The most effective way is indeed to contact , or simply have patience. Sadly, I can't help you with the issue at hand, as it's beyond my scope.
