I might have an explanation to your frequent D/C's. :)
Edit: I just realised you told who your ISP is. They are having connection issues between their servers and the WoW servers.

I've had that before.
Imagine having a computer completely able to play WoW with all the graphics pushed to the limit only to be limited to the lowest settings because you suddenly couldn't afford Broadband anymore due to losing your job. The rest of the playtime was spent crying.

We had Comcast for our internet and had the same thing. Constant interrupts, bad latency and terrible,
terrible
service. We switched to AT&T and haven't had a problem since, even though the internet connection is supposed to be slower. We had this problem long before this problem Blizz was having with them, and most of our friends have had the same experience with Comcast.
Bottom line: Comcast sucks.
