Obviously Nettlefish, Glacial Salmon, and Musselback Scuplin are popular sellers. People love their Fish Feasts.
But, what else is a good fish to sell raw? Dragonfin is nice, if you hunt down the Schools. Can't just run up and fish at a body of water and expect to acquire stacks upon eachother.
What is it you farm?
I ask because recently, the Nettles, Salmon, and Musselback prices are continually dropping down to around 20g. Because -so many- are farming them now.
I figure with so many farming that now, the other money fish simply must be neglected and could use my attention.

i wouldn't bother fishing for other kinds since the stats they provide are not as impacting as the stats a fish feast provides.but it might be different on your server i would check to see what kinds of fish are on the ah and see how fast they are bought and that may give you a good idea of what kinds of fish sell.

Dragonfin is good.
So is bonescale snapper I think? It makes up into a hit buff food, very nice for those of us who haven't reached hit cap quite yet.
+spellpower fish are good
Oh and clams for Dalaran clam chowder maybe? But you can't fish up just clams, so... maybe not.

Your favorite fish
In a sandwich I like tuna from a can mixed with mayo. Red vine vinegar, cheddar cheese, lettuce and olives are good with it too.
To eat in a restaurant I like smoked salmon with gravy and potatoes
To fish? Probably white fish because it's easy and very fun
What exactly is "red vine vinegar"?
I've heard there's something called Google. It's like wowhead, but covers more than just WoW.

I'm trying to find something else to fish in great amounts because I can't seen to find any on my own, to replace the fish feast ingredients.

^^ Haha I was gonna say this as well.. so CUTE..! :D
Anyway, the fish that seems to be selling best on my server is Glacial Salmon at the moment. But after the Dalaran fishing daily started, I haven't really bothered much with fishing for profit anymore.. prices dropped to 1/4th of what they were and haven't recovered yet (slowly rising again though!).

Glacial Salmon sells really well on my server as well. I assume it has something to do with the fact that none of the fishing dailies send you into Grizzly Hills. When doing Blood Is Thicker, people probably figure "hey, might as well fish up some Sculpin." Same goes with The Ghostfish and Nettlefish.
Dragonfin Angelfish sell pretty well, too, but not at the same rate as the salmon.

u guy are missing something big, the buff from the dragonfin is BETTER then a fish feast for a fury warrior do to the fact that STR stack better then AP with improved berserker stance. though the raw fish my not sell well the FOOD might sell for more (I would have to go look never have as I AM a fury warrior and eat it all) do to the fact that some warriors may not have the cooking / fishing skill ( or want to EVER level cooking / fishing) to get consistently or make this VERY nice food buff. so wile the feast is best over all if this isn't selling well try the fury warrior only buff.
