Bayi's extended quest log, lists all quests for you, even if you have 15, make like quest objectives in a list and removes them from the screen if you finished it. You can even untrack quests you don't want.
Also Baudbag, links all your bags into one

Trinity Bars for sure, without that addon I doubt that I would get half as much from playing with the interface and configuring it.. other than that.. hmm.. (action bar replacement)
pitbull, loads of Fubar modules (AuditorFu I like for cross character info), definately would hate to loose Baggins, easily the most configurable bag mod once you have put the time in to learn it. Closetgnome for doing exactly whats needed, no more no less. ElkBuffBars, omen, recount.. the list goes on to be honest, last time I checked my addons folder I had 280 folders within it (most are librarys but I guess 80-90 are addons themselves!)

hmmm... Favourite AddOn compilation would be Tapestry. Fav Mod would be um.. probably Pitbull. eePanels2, dunno.
