Yesterday at Naxx, we were on the boss that drops oozes.
I was off-t DK, our paladin MT'd, and we were low on heals, so 2 real healers and 1 ret paladin in heal gear healing. We haven't downed the boss ever, we wiped few times.

Than we are doing good, he's down to 200k hp, half raid dies. At about 100k hp only hunter and paladin tank is up. At about 20k hp or so only the paladin tank is there. He just kept kiting him and either dots, or pure boredom killed the boss.

Than paladin was left to fight one ooze, and the ooze killed him ...

A couple of days ago we were on our attempt on four horsemen.
Had pretty much same setup, except we had 3 real healers, and same paladin in holy gear to tank one of the bosses in the back.

So we wipe a few times because we had 3 people in the back and not enough dps to down the boss in front. And we move 1 of the dpsers to the front, so just a healer and ret-paladin with holy gear is in the back they are tanking the 2 bosses.

I get skull, we hit him hard, and down him, I run to X, and the tank there has to run away since his debuff is too high. I taunt off the boss, hit it few times and DC.
Yell over vent for the paladin to comeback and keep tanking, than I reconnect, and once again taunt off the boss. Everyone has a debuff and decides to run away. Than we realize I have no healer, so I put on all my avoidance cooldowns and a healer runs back.

We actually downed the four horseman that time. Crazy fight though.

Frogger boss, hardest boss in Naxxramas.

We have one druid that wipes on it all the time. We also have some quick strategy guides for the bosses, here is the Frogger event:

Healer or Warlock pass the frogger bit
Huty tries and dies
Healer resses huty or warlock summons huty after he releases.
No loot, but feel free to laugh

Second time in Naxx 10....neither of our tanks (myself and a guildie Paladin) are really geared enough for it..

After ~4 wipes on Anub...we finally get going good.....And end up with just 1-2 people alive at the end of the fight.....right when the add spawns at that...

I was playing my friends rogue, and it was the guild's first attempt at Kael'thas, pre-nerf. We got him down to phase two without an issue. Everyone was doing great, no one had died yet. Then people started dropping like flies due to being to close to him and getting hit with his aura. Got him down to 6% and then our tank died. Was down to me and a pally healer, and just barely killed kael'thas. Then unfortunately, we died from fall damage lol.

Well, there was that one time we kinda messed up on Bloodboil in BT, so he killed off most of the raid but ended up dying with a single resto shaman alive.
Or preTBC when we got our first kill on Chromaggus - the doggie killed me (MT) when he was on 1%, then took two steps and died :P
Or Princess Huhuran in AQ40. After we killed her for the first time, there was the usual nerd screams and such for a few seconds, then a loud bossmod "DONG" sound as one of the tanks died because the healers forgot that he still had debuffs ticking ^.^

Not much great stuff from WotLK yet, but there was that one time when one of the other tanks was doing Razuvious in Naxx 10 for the first time - he hadn't quite understood how the fight worked, so he just stormed right at the boss and tried to tank him. The rest is history (and a red stain on the floor).

My Most epic fight was on my death knight when we were in a war with the scarlet enclave, we had loads of undead things and me and my 3 men owned them then the lich king came and started too get angry and he owned them, then we went too the hold and we had too own this level ? with like 400k health, my group members ran but i stayed on i killed it after 15mins lol,
