Got My Mind On My Money

The achievement counter is on one character. This used to be easier with every dungeon boss dropping gold. In BfA the best way to loot money is to run multiple event-specific boss dungeons like the Apothecary, Ahune, Coren Direbrew and the Horseman. They are fast-paced and give you several gold each. If you want to further speed up the process, choose tank role as dungeon queues are usually instant for it. Additional possible good ways to progress are to loot the chest in the Deathmatch Pavilion (see 'Darkmoon Duelist' below) and the box in Timeless Isle that add several dozen gold to the counter each time.

The four higher achievements in the series are theoretically possible, but may take forever to be completed.

5000 Daily Quests Completed

This can get tiresome if you try to get too much done in a day. The least boring way to progress is probably Darkmoon Faire dailies - these are fun mini-games that together take about 15 minutes resulting in 8 dailies per character. The achievement counter is a sum of all your characters.

The Bread Winner

Any quest reward contributes to the sum (including fishing and cooking dailies and event-specific quests), but only on one character.

1000 Quests Completed

You need to collect almost every single quest available at the level and do it on one character. All Duskwood, Wetlands, Ashenvale and Stonetalon Mountains quests became available in 2018 to make this achievement possible.

Potential.10000 Daily Quests Completed

It takes twice as much effort as '5000 Daily Quests Completed' above.

Potential. Justly Rewarded

It takes three times as much effort as 'The Bread Winner' above.

Potential. 50 World Quests Completed

World Quests are generally max-level content, but Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza is a World Quest available for all levels. However you have to win the event (doing a rare fish quest is not enough) which became hardcore in BfA (see Master Angler of Azeroth below and a special guide (*) for info on the event).

E'ko Madness became relatively easy when in Legion the classic zones mob levels were made scalable to player's level.

Bounce

This is somewhat similar to, but a bit harder than Mine Sweeper because the location is harder to get to.

Wildhammer Tour of Duty/ Dragonmaw Tour of Duty

The Alliance version is easier to complete, because there are only 4 objectives of which 3 can be kited to NPCs. The only exception is the spider that can be kited to nearby quest hub in Thundermar where players will hopefully kill it.

Potential.Have... Have We Met?

Although this one as well as Potential.The Fiery Lords of Sethria's Roost and Potential.Infernal Ambassadors are theoretically possible to solo by using damage of questing players, it may take forever because few players quest in Hyjal at present. So the only practical option with these seems to be to ask a high-level friend for help.

Collateral Damage

The best place to do this is in the Guo-Lai Vault (northwestern part of the Halls), because there are normally no aggresive mobs and the statues come to life relatively easily. The hardcore way is to wait for high-level players to come by and then start activating statues in hope that one of them dies from the ability of another faster than yourself. The easier way involves 'dualboxing' trick described above. Finally the easiest solution would be if you could ask for help from a high-level friend, who may also help you with Potential.A Taste of History in the area.

One Many Army

This is one of the hardest challenges if you do it the hardcore solo way. The method is to die near each monster, wait for a high-level player to come by and start the fight. Alternatively, if you could use help of a high-level friend the achievement would be much easier.

Potential.Yak Attack

This one as well as Potential.Fire in the Yaung-hole! and Potential.Dog Pile seem theoretically possible to do solo with some tryhard methods. Alternatively, if you could use help of a high-level friend these achievements would be much easier.

Potential.When in Ihgaluk, Do as the Skumblade Do

Unfortunately you cannot swim to the Isle of Thunder so a summon by a high-level character is needed. Consequently, for the purposes of distinction all the achievements on the Isle listed below are considered Potential, even if proven doable. If you manage to get to the Isle, this Kroshik achievement as well as Boop, Blue Response, Platform Hero and Thunder Plunder should be relatively easy. The damage of other players would be needed for Our Powers Combined, This Isn't Even My Final Form and You Made Me Bleed My Own Blood. Exceptional dexterity or probably a friend's assistance may be required for Direhorn in a China Shop and Ready for RAAAAIIIIDDD?!?ing. Finally on the Isle of Thunder you need to get help of a high-level friend to complete achievements like Speed Metal, Pay to Slay/It Was Worth Every Ritual Stone and The Mogu Below-gu/These Mogu Have Gotta Go-gu.

Breaker of Chains

This is not hard to do with several Frozen Slaves to the north of the cave entrance near a lava pool. On the western side of the area there is a rock from which you can safely break at least 3 of the ice traps every respawn cycle (ca 8 minutes) with any 40 yd range attack.

In Plain Sight

You need the Cannon and/or a slowfall means like the Mug for this. The easiest of the four spawn locations is on top of the crane on the western side of the pit. You can cannon-jump to it from the nearby hill (it might take you a couple of attempts to land precisely) and safely wait for the book to spawn there.

A Demidos of Reality

To get this one as well as Making the Cut you need to get near the boss, wait for a player to start the fight and do some damage to the target. The same method, but with more objectives applies to Heralds of the Legion, Cut off the Head, Fight the Power and Ancient No More.

Hatchling of the Talon

It may take you several attempts and a lot of mouse twitching. If you miss some of the orbs, take The High Road back to Aviana (takes 3-4 minutes) and try again until success. Good Internet (small latency) is important for this.

Zoom!, They See Me Rolling and Drum Circle

These three fun achievements are not hard, but listed here because they are hidden from your achievements tab before you complete them. To clear any doubts the drum achievement is soloable by jumping non-stop for 2-3 minutes (*).

I Was Framed!

Paladin's Divine Shield can give you a few vital seconds needed for the required event to happen before you are killed.

Goodness Gracious

You would need some protection (e.g. Divine Shield) and some speed boost (e.g. Swiftness Potion).

Iron Wings

You need to be using the two Iron Troop Launchers located in the northwest and southwest corners of the pit which can bring you close to each other both ways. In the SW you can get to the launcher safely and in the NW you can wait for an opportunity when someone kills the mobs but that is not necessary. You can start by dying at the NW launcher, res and get going quickly scoring the first ring. Get in the SW one and score the second. To get back into the NW one you can use Divine Shield, but even that is not necessary, because if you die at the launcher, there should be enough time for you to run back from the graveyard to rez and quickly do the second half of the achievement.

Potential.Mean and Green

This one and Potential.Take From Them Everything do not require killing mobs but would be hard unless the area is cleared by questing players or (easier) by a high-level friend.

Potential.Charged Up

This one as well as Potential.Slagnarok require using damage of nearby players or (easier) a high-level friend. The same is required in Nagrand for Potential.The Song of Silence and Potential.Broke Back Precipice however there is yet another complication as some of the monsters do not spawn by themselves but need to be summoned by a high-level player.

Potential.The Power Is Yours

You would need two friends helping you. When all three of you get the buffs you can use a dummy instead of a mob.

Outland Explorer/ Pandaria Explorer/Draenor Explorer/Broken Isles Explorer

Get a habit of monitoring your mini-map for daily quest signs in unusual locations, which would probably be Blingtrons - better chances are in crowded places (like the main square of a capital city or a world event hub) or near engineering supplies vendors. Sometimes you would find the '6000' version of the NPC that can teleport you to some locations in the world. Once you are lucky to be sent to a high-level continent, you can go on to explore all of it by yourself. You may want to set your different alts hearthstones to different continents. However your 'main' is suggested to be hearthed in Pandaria or Draenor hubs as you can travel between these continents through a portal in Timeless Isle/Gorgrond (to get to Pandaria though you would need the Cannon because the portal in Gorgrond is on top of an island rock). You can also return to Dalaran (Legion) by using Emblem of Margoss (needs to be fished each time) so this way your 'main' can have an immediate access to all high-level continents except Outland. You can also escape to Pandaria and Draenor even without trying your luck with Blingtrons by using Zen Pilgrimage. Once a year an additional method is available during the Tavern Crawl.

Pest Control

Special guides are available for this and 'To all the squirrels...' achievements (*) that are recommended to be done in parallel. A simple macros /target would also be very helpful with these.

Potential.Eastern Kingdoms Explorer

It would be in easy category, but requires 1 summon to Isle of Quel'Danas by a high-level character.

Potential.Cataclysm Explorer

It requires 1 summon to Deepholm by a high-level character.

You can get your S.E.L.F.I.E. Camera and have fun taking photos around the world, but unfortunately Field Photographer looks impossible because 6 of the 43 locations are inside instances. The same is true for Well Read where 3 of the books are in instanced locations (Stratholme and Scholomance) unless you can find a way to access those (*).

Exploration: Eastern KingdomsTotal 24+1+1

To All The Squirrels I've Loved Before

It would be easy, but to see this little beauty you have to travel to Outland or complete the a relevant quest chain due to phasing issues (*).

Potential.Explore Isle of Quel'Danas

Awarded immediately when you manage to get summoned to the place by a high-level character.

Exploration: KalimdorTotal 21

To remove any doubts for the Horde, you can swim from the continent to Teldrassil before fatigue kills you, if you use some swimming aide like Sea Turtle, however even unaided you would be able to corpse run across. The portal on the pier there will take you further on to Azuremyst Isle.

Exploration: OutlandTotal 3+5+1

Explore Blade's Edge Mountains

You will first arrive to Outland peobably through a Blingtron 6000 teleport to this zone. It is a good idea to start by discovering Forge Camp: Wrath and Forge Camp: Terror. You need to be careful and stay on the western side of the area so that if you happen to die your spirit is not sent outside the area. If somehow you leave the area before reaching the two camps, it is still possible to get back using the Cannon. However even with the Cannon it may take you several tries of a series of jumps to climb back (suggested approach is from the northern wall in Raven's Wood, a series of 3-4 jumps is needed). The Cannon is also a must to reach Bash'ir Landing (suggested approach is from the East through The Crystal Spine).

Explore Hellfire Peninsula

The Cannon is a must to get to Throne of Kil'jaeden (suggested approach is from the southern wall near Forge Camp: Mageddon).

Explore Netherstorm

The Cannon and/or a slowfall effect item (like the Mug or the Glider) is a must to reach Socrethar's Seat. You would need to jump from the edge of the bigger island near Forge Base: Gehenna and have to die after the discovery.

Explore Shadowmoon Valley

The Cannon and/or a slowfall effect item (like the Mug or the Glider) is a must to reach Netherwind Ledge (in fact Mug/Glider is less difficult to use here than the Cannon). You would need to jump from the edge of the continent (there is a comfortable spot near the southern of the two green waterfalls on your map) and have to die after the discovery.

Potential.Bloody Rare

This should be possible as Medium Rare is not very hard to do. You have to first find the rare then wait for a member of your faction to come for the kill and do some damage to the target.

Exploration: NorthrendTotal 7+6+1

Explore Storm Peaks

With some patience and time you would be able to get your Tabard of the Explorer even without the use of the Darkmoon Cannon or glitching (see exploration guides (*) for help with all the locations).

Higher Learning

It will take you some time and patience to find them all. See a special guide (*) for all the books locations and tactics.

Potential.Frostbitten

This should be possible as Northern Exposure is not very hard to do. You have to first find the rare then wait for a member of your faction to come for the kill and do some damage to the target.

Exploration: CataclysmTotal 2+4+2

Explore Hyjal

This can be very hard mostly because when you die your spirit is sent very far away to Ashenvale. You start the process by getting a flight point in Hyjal which can be done by three methods. The hardcore one is based on using The Cannon to jump on mountain ridges to avoid mobs. Your first flight point would probably be Shrine of Aviana or Sanctuary of Malorne from where you can jump on to the rest of the zone. The Mug, the Glider and Darkmoon Gazer (shows if mobs are in your way) are all helpful, but not compulsory. If you are not into hardcore challenges there are two easier glitching methods described above. The harder of the two is the 'Drop' method as it involves a bit of luck for the battleground invitation to pop up in the right moment (it may take you several attempts). Very few outside flight paths go through the zone: recommendation for Alliance is Forest Song to Everlook, for Horde - Orgrimmar to Moonglade. If you choose the 'Die to fly' method this achievement becomes much easier.

Explore Twilight Highlands

See exploration guides (*) and you would be able to get this achievement even without the use of the Darkmoon Cannon.

Explore Vashj'ir

You can swim to the zone from the continent before fatigue kills you, if you use some swimming aide like Swim Speed Potion or Sea Turtle. The turtle as well as Hook of the Master Angler would also be very useful for the zone exploration process. This achievement is easier for a Druid.

From Hell's Heart I Stab at Thee

It is not a problem to find this monster as it is so huge. Wait for a member of your faction to come for the kill then do some damage to the target in the process.

Potential.Explore Deepholm

This can be done with a summon by a high-level character.

Potential.To All the Squirrels Who Cared for Me

This one can be completed solo except for Baradin Fox Kit and Sassy Cat. For these two critters you need to be summoned to Tol Barad by a high-level character.

Exploration: PandariaTotal 20+12+10the Lorewalkers

Eyes On The Ground

Timeless Isle is possible to swim to from the continent before fatigue kills you, if you use some swimming aide like Sea Turtle, however even unaided you would only have to die once. While exploring the Isle and dying, remember to quickly cancel the force-rez, if you want to run back to your corpse. This one and 5 other achievements on the Isle should not be too difficult after you have read the location-specific guide (*).

The Seven Burdens of Shaohao

This and 10 other lore-related achievements (as well as To All the Squirrels...) are suggested to be completed in parallel with exploring the corresponding zones. See specific guides (*) for detailed coordinates. Paladin's Divine Shield would be of great help here as many lore objects areas are crowded by mobs. Doing these achievements will also raise your reputation with the Lorewalkers through to revered.

Explore Valley of the Four Winds

This zone contains the only area in the whole of Pandaria which you cannot reach without the Cannon or 'Die to fly' glitch - Kunzen Village.

Explore Kun-Lai Summit

Warning, this zone contains a trap! - when you enter Peak of Serenity, it would be hard (but possible) to get back to Pandaria. The easiest way out of trouble is to be prepared and set your hearthstone on the continent before going to this area. The southeastern part of the zone (near Binan Village) is the suggested passage to the Vale of Eternal Blossoms: either by the Cannon or by getting yourself killed on the very borderline of the zones to be resurrected across the wall.

Zul'Again

The damage of players who farm the Warbringers for mounts will help you complete this. However you may see a problem that the rares are one-shotted by top-levels. In this case spamming a simple macros /target zandalari /cast (insert your instant spell here) may help you get your objective faster.

Could We Find More Like That?

This and the smaller achievement in the series should not be too hard if you deal with rares in locations without hostile mobs nearby (suggested e.g. Aethis, Ferdinand, Jonn-Dar, Mister Ferocious, Norlaxx, Sarnak, Urobi and Kal'tik). After finding the rare just wait for another player to come by for the kill and do some damage to the target. Btw Kal'tik can be soloed by kiting him to the npcs of the Setting Sun Garrison which would also give you 200 reputation with the Golden Lotus.

Potential.Glorious!

Theoretically this should be possible as well as Potential.Killing Time and Potential.Timeless Champion. The same method should work: find the target, wait for another player to come by for the kill and do some damage in the process. Sometimes kiting mobs is also a viable option.(*)

Potential.Candlekeeper

Theoretically this one and 4 higher achievements in the series should be possible to solo (killing high level players is possible, see Wintergrasp below). Alternatively, if you could use help of a high-level friend these achievements would be much easier.

Potential.Gods and Monsters

Unfortunately you cannot swim to the Isle of Thunder so a summon by a high-level character is needed to complete this and 2 more lore-related achievements. Additional help by a high-level friend would be needed on the Isle to complete Potential.Champions of Lei Shen.

Exploration: DraenorTotal 6+3+2

Explore Tanaan Jungle

Exploration of this and the other 6 zones of Draenor may require some corpse-running as almost everywhere in high-level areas. See exploration guides (*) and you would be able to get Draenor Explorer even without the use of the Darkmoon Cannon or glitching.

Hellbane

Two of the four bosses have plenty of mobs around so Paladin's Divine Shield would be of great help there.

Potential.Jungle Hunter

This one together with Potential.Jungle Stalker should be possible as Gorgrond Monster Hunter is not too hard to do. The same method should work: find the rare, wait for a player to come for the kill and be quick to do some damage to the target.

Exploration: LegionTotal 7+2+1+

Underbelly Tycoon

You can get all the required currency by fishing in The Black Market area. If the sewer guards are off duty you can bribe the captain to get them back for more security, you have to spend you currency anyway because the progress stops when you hold 5000. An average 7 loot per cast means you have to make around 3000 casts - it can get tiresome if you try to get too much done in one session.

Wake the Dragon

There is a convenient spot on the northeastern tip of the peninsula on a rock. Wait for the dragon to spawn and die right next to him but far enough from the spirit healer to stay dead. Wait for an achievement-seeker to start the process. You do not have to hit the dragon at all. With about 40% health the dragon will turn friendly and ridable. You have to rez shortly before that and be the first to click the mount. Don't forget to /thank the unlucky player who will certainly be surprised to see you steal his achievement.

Potential.Explore Argus

This can be done with a summon by a high-level character. Some more achievements in the zone can be done with help of a high-level friend.

Player vs. Player (general tab)Total 10+11+5

100000 Honorable Kills

This may take a year or two. Having obtained all other achievements in a particular battleground you would want to be closer to where mass action is to get more kills. A healer role is suggested. Queuing as a group will reduce queue times and increase output per bg.

City Defender/ City Defender

The kills can be done by e.g. answering the 'under attack' calls in your capital city (don't forget to have your War Mode on and do at least some damage). If you are merciless enough you can get more chances during some World Events, e.g. by standing near the capital city bonfire in Midsummer. Alternatively, the trick with two accounts (see above) will make this easier.

Wrath of the Alliance/Wrath of the Horde

This is a hard one if you do it solo and without tricks. You must be inside the city (with War Mode on) and in most cities you are unlikely to find a spot where guards won't kill you soon after your attack. A class with stealth and burst damage, like Rogue is suggested. The lack of players in some minor cities is less of an issue during some World Events. As a much easier alternative, you can use the trick with two accounts.

That Takes Class

The World PvP counts for this, so you can get the missing Death Knight and Demon Hunter kills by e.g. answering the 'under attack' calls in your capital city (don't forget to have your War Mode on and do at least some damage). A possible good alternative location to get any classes is Wintergrasp where you can easily kill high-level players by using a Tower Cannon.

Gurubashi Arena Master

6:00 am is the time when the chest is more likely to remain uncontested, but it's worth checking on other times too. If it is contested by one higher-level character you can try to use cc. If it is contested by several high-level characters you can try to ninja loot it while they are busy with themselves. Good luck! Gurubashi Arena Grand Master is currently impossible as the quest has level 30 requirement.

Wrecking Ball

It is easier to do with classes like Warrior, Hunter, etc. It may also be easier in 10-19 bracket than 20-29. Staying close to a good healer on your side is helpful too. If one team is much weaker than the other, 'graveyard camping' is a typical scenario.

Damage Control

This used to be possible in any bg before, but in BfA it seems to be possible only in longer bgs like Alterac Valley. It is easier to do with a healing class like Priest.

The Justicar/The Conqueror

It is a matter of the number of the three bgs played with the biggest problem being extremely long queues to Alterac Valley.

Potential.For the Alliance!/For the Horde!

This one and its three constituent achievements may be possible to solo if you are in the right place at the right time. The suggested tactic is to park an opposite faction alt in a safe spot in the vicinity of the boss (in some cities like Undercity it is problematic). Then the home faction alt in the city needs to watch for 'under attack' notices in the local defence chat and check the situation. If it wonderfully happens to be indeed a boss raid of the opposite faction you would need to quickly log to your parked alt and try your luck to make a hit. Alternatively if you could manage to get inside such raid(s) the achievements would of course be completed much faster.

Potential.250000 Honorable Kills

This one takes 2.5 times as much effort as '100000 Honorable Kills' above.

Unfortunately Battlemaster/Battlemaster meta and grand title are not possible to get because of just one stupid restri ction.

Player vs. Player: HonorTotal 6+11+4

Honor Level 200

This and 16 smaller achievements in the series require great amount of PvPing. Random Battlegrounds is probably the fastest way to progress (a win will add 300/150 extra honor). The achievement counter is a sum of all your characters, so if you PvP with different characters, each can get 300 extra honor for the first win of the day. Getting inside a group will reduce queuing time and increase output per bg.

Potential.Honor Level 250

This and 3 bigger achievements in the series simply require even greater amount of PvPing.

Player vs. Player: Warsong GulchTotal 7+8

Frenzied Defender

The suggested classes here are Warrior, Hunter or Rogue, because of their slowing and finishing abilities. See PvP guides (*) for more info on this battleground.

Ironman

The suggested classes here and in Quick Cap/Quick Cap are those with a speed boost like Druid.

Player vs. Player: Arathi BasinTotal 4+9+2

Arathi Basin Assassin

Suggested approach here is to follow the crowd of your teammates. Track achievement progress on the screen and focus on the remaining bases. Sometimes you do not even have to be in the fight, just somewhere close (e.g. you may get Lumber Mill kills while being near the Blacksmith flag) (*).

Arathi Basin All-Star

Suggestion here is to focus on defending part as it tends to be harder than assaulting. As with Overly Defensive the proper approach is not to stand guarding the flag, but having heard a capping call, be among the first to react back to your flag. There is also an easier (but not helping your team's objectives) approach to stealth/hide at the flag and let them cap, then kill/cc them and defend.

Potential.Resilient Victory

This achievement is so special that a thousand of victories in Arathi Basin may not bring you one, until a dedicated premade group is on your side. So either you manage to get inside such group or dream of an almost-zero chance to meet it in the bg. Once the right team is there the strategy is simple enough - gather around the nearest base, but do not cap it until the other side has 500 points, then quickly cap and hold at least 4 bases. This achievement may be the last one needed for your Potential.Master of Arathi Basin.

Player vs. Player: Eye of the StormTotal 6+7

Storm Glory

You have to pick the right moment and be fast, because when your team controls all 4 bases the battleground will be over soon. See PvP guides (*) for more info on this battleground.

Player vs. Player: Alterac ValleyTotal 3+8+2

Alterac Valley Veteran

This one and several other Alterac achievements (particularly Alterac Grave Robber, Tower Defense and Hero of the Stormpike Guard/Hero of the Frostwolf Clan) depend heavily on the number of bgs played. Unfortunately the queuing for the bg can be endless (biggest chance to get in is probably on Sunday afternoons). So if you are not organiized with the other bg participants, these achievements may take you forever to complete.

Potential.Alterac Valley All-Star

It is recommended to start with assaulting then monitor the chat to see where defending is needed. Stealth classes may have an advantage here.

Potential.The Alterac Blitz

This one requires a very strong and dedicated premade group(s). So either you manage to get inside such group or dream of a chance to meet it in the bg. See PvP guides (*) for more info on this battleground.

Unfortunately the Master of Alterac Valley meta is not possible to get because of just one stupid restri ction.

Player vs. Player: Isle of ConquestTotal 1+14

Potential.Isle of Conquest Veteran

This Battleground became available to Starter Edition players only in BfA. It's a great fun bg, but unfortunately the queuing times for it so far are as endless as those for Alterac, so before this issue is resolved most IoC achievements will remain in this category. See PvP guides (*) for more info on this battleground.

Player vs. Player: WintergraspTotal 1+3+4

Wintergrasp is accessible solo from Icecrown either by a tediously long corpse-run or by the easy 'Die to fly' method. Get your flight point and if your faction is defending, watch the chat for an attack on a tower, then rush to it to easily get you first achievement here.

Vehicular Gnomeslaughter

Have you ever wanted to get revenge on that top-level player who just joyfully one-shotted you? Well, Tower Cannon lets you do that. This achievement as well as Didn't Stand a Chance and Destruction Derby/Destruction Derby are easier to do when you faction is defending the fortress as the activity is more concentrated here. If you feel that your progress is too slow you can speed it up by the dualboxing trick (except the latter achievement) or by asking a friend to help.

Potential.Wintergrasp Ranger

While some locations like the fortress are relatively easy to complete, most other locations are almost never visited by players. A possible solution may be the dualboxing trick or asking a friend to help.

Potential.Wintergrasp Victory

Apparently this is not possible to solo (killing players/npcs and even clicking on the relic is not enough). Getting into a group with qualified high-level players may be the solution to this achievement and even to Potential.Wintergrasp Veteran and Potential.Within Our Grasp.

Dungeons & Raids: ClassicTotal 6+1

There have been and may be still are ways for a starter edition character to enter high level dungeon and raid instances with a help from high level friend(s). Please comment below if you know how it was/is done. Meanwhile this section will only cover the achievements that are available to do now and without any twinking help.

Gnomeregan

Soloing this would be quite a feat. Alternatively, it should not be a big problem if you could ask a friend (or just anyone in your dungeon group) to help.

Raids: Pandaria + Draenor + LegionTotal 7+1+2

As confirmed by nrwood in the comments below the 4 Pandaria World Boss achievements can be completed without being in a raid. In fact they are quite easy and so are the 3 Draenor World Boss ones.

Unleashed Monstrosities

This is not too hard but will take at least 50 days to complete because Legion World Bosses change one another only once per week. As of 2020 you can still check which boss is currently up on the front page of this site.

Potential.Terrors of the Shore

The problem with the Broken Shore World Bosses is that one of them is only up when the Nether Disruptor is up in Deliverance Point and this is a rare opportunity.

Potential.Praise the Sun!

Unfortunately you cannot swim to the Isle of Thunder so a summon by a high-level character is needed to complete this. Once you manage to get to the Isle though this achievement is easy.

Cooking with Style

As soon as you get your 100 Epicurean's awards from capital cities' dailies, you can go to exchange them for the Chef's Hat. You won't be able to use the toy, but just obtaining it is enough for the achievement.

Lunch Lady

Around 40 recipes are available at the level (see a special guide (*) for more info), but the next step of 50 recipes is probably impossible to achieve at the moment.

Starting from 2019 The Cake Is Not A Lie is not possible to get any more, because Timewalking Vendors now sell only to players eligible for the respective events. So the cake recipe is no longer possible to buy for Timewarped Badges.

Professions: FishingTotal 24+14+1

The biggest suggestion for all fishing achievements is to hotkey your casting (e.g. to your mouse middle button). Half a second saved per cast multiplied by many thousands of casts means hours of your time saved. What is not suggested is the use of fishbots.

Turtles All the Way Down

Expect on average to cast 2000+ times to get this fantastic mount. It is suggested to do this achievement as early as possible, because the time spent on it will pay back as the mount will save your time later (particularly when exploring Pandaria, Draenor and the Broken Isles). Confirmed and convenient location is in the middle of Crystalsong Forest. There is another suggested location southwest of Camp Winterhoof where you can try to fish out both the Turtle and Dark Herring for One That Didn't Get Away.

Draenor Angler

Fortunately all 7 types of fish you need to catch a lot of have at least one school spawn location that is free from mobs. Some suggested locations are: lake to the south of Highpass for Jawless Skulker; arena to the northwest of Bladespire Citadel for Fire Ammonite; river near Lok-rath for Fat Sleeper; pond to the southwest of Zangarra for Blackwater Whiptail; lake to the south of Draakorium for Blind Lake Sturgeon; and ponds to the south of Apexis Excavation for Abyssal Gulper Eel.

Northrend Angler and Pandarian Angler

Getting Fish Don't Leave Footprints is recommended before going to fish in high-level areas as seeing pools from afar is of great help there. See special guides (*) for info on fishing locations in Northrend and Pandaria.

Outland Angler

See a special guide (*) for info on fishing locations in Outland. While you are at it in Zangarmarsh don't forget to fish from Steam Pump Flotsam to complete The Scavenger achievement. If you have trouble finding a flotsam without mobs' attention, a possible tactic is to bring mobs to guards who would kill them for you.

Old Ironjaw and Old Crafty

Expect on average to cast 1000+ times for each of these rares (you can consider yourself lucky if you get any of them faster).

The Coin Master

You need a total of 52 different coins for the four achievements (gold, silver, copper and the meta). As you are not fishing in a pool here, it seems that your skill level does matter. So get as many skill-ups as you can: wear the hat and the pole, get an elixir from the Underbelly and the lure sold locally, etc.

The Wish Remover

Expect on average to cast 1500+ times here. There are 56 coins required so the last ones will come very slowly as most catches then would be repeats. The repeats also tend to come in clusters so the suggestion is to fish in shorter sessions (e.g. 10 sessions of 80 casts would probably be more effective and less tiresome than a supersession of 800 casts).

Fisherfriend of the Isles

As confirmed by Playwright in the comments below this is perfectly doable once you get to the Broken Isles. The suggestion here is not to fish alone (with the exception of Sha'leth where the number of players around does not really matter). For the other 5 NPCs it is suggested to use peak hours (the more players fishing together the faster your progress). The only problem with mobs you would have is in the Akule's boat, where your best hope of survival is the guards on the bank above. However they are slow to help, so a class with healing abilities is suggested.

The Fishing Diplomat

You have to go to the opposing faction capital to fish. It is easy for Horde, if you swim from Westfall to Stormwind Harbor. As Alliance you may have to do some corpse-running (e.g. from the northern gate to the waterfalls).

Master Angler of Azeroth

It is a hardcore one in BfA, because the event is over in about 15 minutes. At some point in 2017 the rules were different and anyone to get the 40 required fish in 1-2 hours was declared a winner and got the achievement. So either try very hard (see a special guide (*) for info on the event) or wait if the rules may be relaxed again by the developers.

One That Didn't Get Away

Expect on average to cast 1000+ times to get any of these. There is a suggested location southwest of Camp Winterhoof where you can try to fish out both Dark Herring and the Sea Turtle for Turtles All the Way Down. Another way to combine your goals is participating in Stranglethorn Fishing Extravaganza with a chance of getting Rockhide Strongfish there.

I Smell A Giant Rat

The location is Cantrips and Crows. Expect on average to cast 1000+ times for this huge pet (you can consider yourself lucky if you get it faster).

Potential.The Limnologist

You can get 41 of the 42 fish around the world, however Albino Cavefish requires a summon to Deepholm by a high-level character. The Oceanographer is normally not possible at the moment because Abyssal Clam can only be looted off high-level mobs (not fished).

Reputation (all tabs)Total 5+8+10

This section assumes that you are getting the achievements pure solo without any twinking help. However if a high level friend is willing to kill mobs and obtain commendations, etc. for you, you can at least double the number of exalted reputations that are practically available to you.

20 Exalted Reputations

This and the smaller achievement in the series require a great lot of time to be completed. Do use reputation boosts like WHEE! as often as possible to save time. If you are Alliance, the strongly recommended race for it is Human, because of their Diplomacy racial bonus. If you are Horde, do pick up one easy extra reputation available. For the 4 Steamwheedle Cartel reputations you would need to farm pirates in the Barrens and goblins in Stranglethorn. Goblins can be hard to see in the terrain, so a simple macros (/tar vent) can be useful. The Black Prince reputation can be farmed at the Celestial Court once a week for 1.5 years. Cenarion Circle reputation is not too hard to farm during Call of the Scarab. Unfortunately, commendations are no longer possible to purchase for Timewarped Badges to help with some reputations. The Diplomat/The Diplomat

From easiest to hardest: for The Czar of Sporeggar participate in Glowcap Festival; for They Love Me In That Tunnel kill a couple of thousands of furbolgs in e.g. Felwood; and for Oh My, Kurenai/Mag'har of Draenor kill roughly four thousands of ogres in Nagrand. If you want to farm ogres solo, one method is to wait for members of your faction to come questing in e.g. Boulderfist ogres' camp and do some damage to their targets, another way (possible only for Alliance) is to kite these to the guards at the eastern gate of Telaar. A faster alternative would be to ask a high-level friend to help.

The Lorewalkers

Doing 11 lore-related exploration achievements in Pandaria will raise your reputation with The Lorewalkers through to revered. The remaining reputation comes from daily random dungeons.

Order of the Cloud Serpent

Unlike the other Pandaria factions with dungeon reputation bonuses, this one starts from friendly rather than neutral. Doing daily random dungeons for about 4 months will get you to exalted.

Potential.25 Exalted Reputations

This one and even a bigger one in the series are possible but may take forever to complete.

Potential.Pandaren Ambassador/Pandaren Ambassador

The additional required reputations with Golden Lotus, Shado-Pan, The Tillers, The August Celestials, The Klaxxi and The Anglers are all possible to obtain doing daily random dungeons for about 4 months for each faction (2+ years total). Additionally a bit of reputation with Golden Lotus is given for killing mobs in the Vale of Eternal Blossoms (a possible tactic is to kite them to nearby npcs but you need to do some damage too).

Potential.Baradin's Wardens/Hellscream's Reach

This is relatively easy if you manage to get summoned to Tol Barad by a high-level character. Hitting 'Honored' will give you a tabard/tabard that will allow for travel to the location to do other achievements there.

Noble Gardener and
Hallowed Be Thy Name

<Name> the Noble and <Name> the Hallowed are the only two titles that you can get solo from all of the World Events.

Potential.The Flame Warden/The Flame Keeper

There is only 1 inaccessible location blocking the whole meta - Deepholm, to which you would need a summon by a high-level character.

World Events: Lunar FestivalTotal 13+1+1

Elders of Northrend

Elder Fargal in Frosthold can be accessed only by using any of the two glitching tricks described above. See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

Potential.Elders of Cataclysm

To access 2 of the Elders you would need a summon to Deepholm by a high-level character.

World Events: Love is in the AirTotal 12+5

They Really Love Me!

The social way to get this and two more achievements in the series is getting your Manufactured Love Prism and finding another player (e.g. in a dungeon group) or asking a friend with such a prism to exchange the 50 needed buffs with you. Alternatively, you can use the trick with two accounts (easier, see above).

Fistful of Love

It may take some time to find them all. The suggested location to safely look for the opposing faction races is Dalaran (portal room exit in Runeweaver Square). See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

World Events: NoblegardenTotal 8+3

Shake Your Bunny-Maker

Hard Boiled

There are at least three ways to achieve this. The hardcore solo approach is to get the buff, hearth to Un'Goro and try to run to the Hotsprings (mounting or taking damage would break the buff, but stealthing and sprinting would not). The social approach is to get to the Hotsprings and wait for/manage to ask a kind player there to polymorph you. Alternatively, you can use the trick with two accounts (much easier, see above).

World Events: Children's WeekTotal 3+1

School of Hard Knocks

If you have experience with these battlegrounds, the tasks should not be too difficult for you. The biggest problem is the non-grouped queuing time for Alterac Valley that can last for many hours. The highest chance to enter the bg is probably on Sunday afternoon, but since the event is only one week long you would not have too many attempts. So the suggestion is to queue first specifically for AV, be very focused and remember to have your orphan out at all times (*).

World Events: MidsummerTotal 18+2+2

Desecration of the Horde/Desecration of the Alliance

You have to visit bonfires in several dozens of opposing faction locations for this meta. In the immediate vicinity of the bonfires you would not be attacked which makes the achievements not very hard to get. See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

King of the Fire Festival

This may require a lot of corpse-running, especially in places like Orgrimmar, Stormwind and Ironforge. To avoid that you can use a trick of queuing for a dungeon or a battleground then running as a ghost to the bonfire to be resurrected there when your queue pops up.

Potential.The Fires of Azeroth/The Fires of Azeroth

Unfortunately this cannot be completed without a summon to Deepholm by a high-level character. Apart from this meta, inaccessibility of Deepholm also blocks Flame Warden of Cataclysm/Flame Keeper of Cataclysm and the big meta for the whole event The Flame Warden/The Flame Keeper together with the title reward.

World Events: BrewfestTotal 7+2

Strange Brew/Strange Brew

This one is actually easy, but listed here to remove any doubts that it is doable (e.g. the Wowhead event guide says 'sample' the beers, which is inexact). You wouldn't be able to drink all the beers, but you need not. Obtaining them is enough to complete the achievement.

Brew of the Year

The only difficulty with this one is that it takes more than 10 months to complete, and if you miss any of the monthly drinks then you would have to wait for it for another year. See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

World Events: Hallow's EndTotal 14+3+2

Tricks and Treats of Azeroth

For this meta you would have to visit several dozens inns on three continents to loot candy buckets there. See the event specific guide for the locations (*).

The Masquerade

First you would want to get your 7 required wands, then find another player (e.g. in a dungeon group or in a bg before its start) or ask a friend with the needed wands to exchange the costume buffs with you.

Potential.Tricks and Treats of the Cataclysm/Tricks and Treats of the Cataclysm

This can be completed only with a summon to Deepholm by a high-level character. As for the Tricks and Treats of Pandaria, it is unfortunately impossible at all due to phasing issues in one single location.

Potential.A Frightening Friend

This can be done if you visit a friend's garrison during the holiday.

World Events: Pilgrim's BountyTotal 5+1

Turkey Lurkey

It may take some time to find them all. The suggested location to safely look for the opposing faction races is Dalaran (portal room exit in Runeweaver Square) or other sanctuaries. You may also want to visit some races starting areas. See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

World Events: Winter VeilTotal 4+3

Let It Snow

On this one you may have to die many times and corpse run to the boss locations, but that is not the biggest problem. Your Air Rifle has a cast time and you would probably get killed before you can fire it, therefore the use of Paladin's Divine Shield or a similar ability is highly recommended. This achievement is also recommended to do together with A-Caroling We Will Go/A-Caroling We Will Go.

World Events: Darkmoon FaireTotal 40+16+1

Darkmoon Duelist

6:00 am is the time when the chest is more likely to remain uncontested, but it's worth checking other times too, especially towards the end of the week. If it is contested by several high-level characters you can try to ninja loot it while they are busy with themselves. Additionally, it's been observed that sometimes (not often) when the Faire opens at midnight the chest does spawn. In this case a combination of Darkmoon Cannon with Filled Festive Mug can help you arrive to the chest ahead of the crowd.

Big Powermonger: Gold

This one will reward you with the wonderful launcher. Like most other racing achievements that are the highest in their respective vehicle/course series it will require a lot of practice and sometimes tricks and even luck to get. Study experience of other players (*) and keep practicing (particularly getting a short-cut to the first flag in the big race) until success.

Perfect Performance

This and other Blight Boar concert achievements like Mosh Pit were easier in Legion with the damage scaling down to your level allowing to stay alive throughout. In BfA the damage is so high that you probably have to come in when the fight nears the end. The more players participate the easier for each one to get the achievements. See a special guide (*) for info on this World Event.

That Rabbit's Dynamite!

If you keep hanging around the cave when the boss is up, you may eventually get lucky to be invited to a raid.

Potential.Big Race Roadhog

This one is probably the hardest of all the 34 racing achievements in the Darkmoon Faire. If you would give up on making it solo, there is an easier method with a help of a friend to the first flag.

World Events: Brawler's GuildTotal 2

You Are Not The Contents Of Your Wallet

Paradoxically the slower you bet the faster your progress is here. Each consecutive correct prediction increases your currency award until you start getting 100 per fight (you will pick up Educated Guesser on the way too). The higher the stack the more true is the principle that you are better safe than sorry (i.e. do not bet if you don't know both the monster's capability vs this class and the particular player's skill). If you feel that you have still made a wrong bet you can try to cheese it and log out - this will keep both your stack and your bet for next fight. Keep the spirit healer up whenever you can afford it, because spectators die here too and you would keep your stack only if you are resurrected locally. You have to spend you currency anyway because the progress stops when you hold 5000. If there is too little action and you feel that your progress is too slow you could speed it up by asking a top-level friend to help. See a special guide on the event(*).

Pet Battles: CollectTotal 3+3+1

Petting Zoo

There are 115+ total pets available at the level, so you need to collect a vast majority of them. New pets are being added to the game so Potential.Menagerie will be possible to complete one day. See a special guide for more info(*).

Thirty Tabards

Fortunately this series counter is a sum of all your characters. Sometimes getting a tabard adds the other faction's equivalent automatically. If you are missing a couple, a Draenei Mage can add two unique ones. See a special guide for more info (*).

Heirloom Hoarder

Two major ways available to get heirlooms are Darkmoon Prize Tickets and Marks of Honor. See a special guide for more info (*).

Collections: Toy Box + MountsTotal 2+3

Tons of Toys

This one is pretty hard, as you have to collect almost every toy available at the level to get to this round number. See a special guide for more info (*).

Collections: AppearancesTotal 2+8+3

Fashionista: Shirt

Not many more than 15 total shirt slot appearances are available at the level, so you need to collect almost every single one of them. See a special guide (*) for more info on collecting appearances.

Fashionista: Chest

For this one and six other armor slots appearances achievements you will need to engage all the different armor type characters (i.e. cloth, leather, mail and plate). The suggested approach is to do all the armor-awarding quests first, then see what you are missing and get it from crafting and PvE. Additionally, do participate in Trial of Style where you can get transmogrification sets that are not only looking cool on your characters but also add to your appearances counter.

Potential.Fabulous

Potential.Fashionista: Back and Potential.Fashionista: Head are the only two slot appearances achievements that are not quite possible to collect at the moment to complete the meta. However more appearances are being added to the game, so keep collecting every single one of them and one day you will get the title.

Legion Class Hall

Fighting with Style: War-torn/Fighting with Style: War-torn

It is awarded automatically after you reach Honor Level 80.

Draenor Garrison

Potential.Garrison Buddies/Garrison Buddies

This can be done if your high-level friend brings you to his garrison. As a good friend you would need to be Staying Regular there.

Tol Barad is accessible only through a summon by a high-level character. Once you get there however several achievements like Potential.Tol Barad Veteran/Tol Barad Veteran are proven to be available even without a group. The more active is the action in the bg the easier are the 4 achievements below.

Potential.Tower Plower

When your faction is attacking you first need to score an honorable kill so be where the action is. This kill gives you the right to operate a siege engine which you should quickly drive and deploy onto a tower. It would take several minutes for the engine to do the job if it is not destroyed and the battle is not over before that.

Potential.Tol Barad Saboteur

When your faction is defending always keep an eye on the 6 dots on the map indicating the engines. When you see that attackers started to deploy them quickly go to the tower and do some damage to the engine(s). If the engine is destroyed by your faction without you, you would get 1 point, but if you actually hit the engine yourself and it was destroyed, you would get two points. If at least 3 engines are destroyed in one battle you would get Potential.Towers of Power.

Potential.Tol Barad All-Star

Go to a building location where action is active and stay out of harm's way before 10 kills are scored (btw the Cannon can get you on the building roof in two of the three locations for more security). If there is constantly little action in the bg a dual-boxing trick may be the solution.

Excellent work, there is sadly few guides to help Starter/Veteran Accounts. I can confirm that it is possible to complete the Fisherfriend reputation grind if you can get a low level character there, so Fisherfriend of the Isles Achievement should be possible.

There are four Pandaria Raid achievements I have that are not on this list:
- Extinction Event
- Settle Down, Bro
- Celestial Challenge
- Millions of Years of Evolution vs. My Fist
All of them involve waiting for high level players and hitting the bosses before they die.

Actually, I'm Way over 7500 achievement atm, big question the FoS It's over 9000 is even possible for f2ps? I'm aiming for that one.

But I'm understanding if you never continue this work, this never-ending change very overwhelming.

Let me recommend to you a great source of information on what is available to f2p atm.
This is a leaderboard of f2p players supported by xpoff.com forum.
You can see not just the achievements points but also useful details like mounts, pets, toys, exalted reps, titles, etc.
An important distinction is that my results there are indicative of what you can achieve by playing solo, while the other leaders' results show what you can get by twinking/ using hi-level friends' help.
If you want to see how your own character ranks vs some of the best you can easily do it by adding _eu.realm.character (or _us.) to the url address.
