Developers' Note: Frost was starved of resources too often, especially when using Breath of Sindragosa. So the goal of the current change—Breath returns Runes at the start and end—is to make the Breath talent add resources, but to do so outside the Breath window. Even the Runes at the start are effectively “outside” the Breath window, because they counteract 2 Runes' worth of pooling that otherwise had to be done to play Breath optimally. Breath builds will now be able to fill more global cooldowns with casts of Obliterate, to make up for the lost Frost Strikes. The cost of Breath itself is increased to keep its overall duration roughly unchanged.

Chill Streak Deals up to 6%0% of the target's total health in Frost damage and reduces their movement speed by 70% for 4 sec.
Chill Streak bounces up to 9 times between closest targets within 6 yards.

Festering Strike Strikes for (101.088%116% of Attack power) Physical damage and infects the target with 2-3 Festering Wounds.

Festering Wound Festering Strike applies a pustulent lesion that will burst on death or when damaged by Scourge Strike, dealing (20%23% of Attack power) Shadow damage and generating 3 Runic Power.
Stacks up to 6 times on any target.

Mastery: Dreadblade Increases the damage of your Shadow damage abiilitesabilities by 18.0%.

Developers' notes: More than other tanks, Vengeance is currently dealing with the problem of low mitigation when their active mitigation is down. These changes are a substantial increase to physical mitigation when Demon Spikes is down, and a neutral-to-very-slight increase when Demon Spikes is active. There is also some overall passive reduction to magic damage. Overall, Vengeance's sustained damage taken will be lower, and the periods of vulnerability outside of Demon Spikes should be less dramatic.

Developers' notes: Ironfur is intended to be maintainable with high uptime, up to 100%, and have some overlaps on top of that. Currently, depending on talent configuration, Druids may only be able to barely maintain full uptime on Ironfur. Making Ironfurs much more available should allow better control over timing and overlaps, as well as improving Guardian mitigation overall.

Developers' notes: Guardian Druid is limited in its practical ability to use some utility abilities while tanking, and we're loosening that restriction by allowed Remove Corruption in Bear Form. We're also cleaning up Druid shapeshifting rules slightly: the use of magical-themed spells, in Feral forms, is allowed by passive upgrades given to Guardian and Feral specializations specifically. This represents their special mastery of their “home” form that allows for limited spellcasting, and from a gameplay perspective, this allows Feral/Guardian Druids to use spells in form where there is a strong practical need. At the same time, there are situations where there is no fantasy justification or gameplay need, and spellcasting might be more restricted. For example, non-Guardian Druids can no longer cast Moonfire in Bear Form.

Bear Form Shapeshift into Bear Form, increasing armor by 6%220% and Stamina by 25%, granting protection from Polymorph effects, and increasing threat generation.
The act of shapeshifting frees you from movement impairing effects.
Now generates 25 Rage up from 20.

Cat Form Shapeshift into Cat Form, increasing auto-attack damage by 0%40%, movement speed by 30%, granting protection from Polymorph effects, and reducing falling damage.

Mangle Guardian: Mangle the target for (43.9374%50.5% of Attack power) Physical damage. Deals 20% additional damage against bleeding targets.

Now stacks once per instance of Blade Flurry dealing damage (was once for every target Blade Flurry hits). Each stack now provides 5% Sinister Strike chance (was 2%).
Developers' notes: In very large packs of enemies, especially in dungeons, Keep Your Wits About You provides much more damage than one copy of one Azerite Trait was intended to provide. With this change, you'll still feel this trait accelerate as you build stacks, but the size of the group that you're fighting won't affect how much damage the trait is giving you. This will be a damage increase against two targets, and a damage reduction against 3 or more targets.

Developers' notes: Protection Warrior burst DPS with Avatar is extremely high for a tank. This talent was adding more damage than necessary, given that it also decreases Thunder Clap's cooldown and synergizes well with certain Azerite traits.

Personal Absorb-o-Tron Taking damage has a chance to call your Personal Absorb-o-Tron, absorbing 100%50% of damage taken over 20 sec, up to 11550.
Increases your Kul Tiran or Zandalari Engineering by 30.

Synaptic Spark Capacitor Your spells and abilities have a chance to cause the target to become a Spark Coil for 10 sec. Enemies within 6518 yards of the Spark Coil take 651 damage every 2 seconds and deal 5% reduced damage to you.
Increases your Kul Tiran or Zandalari Engineering by 25.

Will to Survive Removes all stun effects. This effect shares a 90 sec cooldown with other similar effects.

What I get from that is Bestial Wrath which is Beast Masteries big dps cooldown adds 0.9%, not even 1%. Is it that bad a cooldown?

I really wish that they would address the Subtlety Rogue issue currently going on. They gutted it in Uldir and they just never made a replacement talent or ability to compensate. I get that Rogue is insanely powerful in mythic+ but why is this going unnoticed? I realize that there are many other specs that needs some love. Just bringing up the Sub thing in hopes that it gets looked into.

Yeah, shadow priest nerf - this is what we all needed. One of the hardest classess to play and virtually useless on mythic dungeons below 20+. Thanks, Blizzard, hopefully the magnificient essences make me viable

As a Horde rogue player i need to clarify something. Throughout the 8.2 patch when i stun a Human character does not matter whatever class she/he is, can remove it with racial and just after few seconds when i stun him/her again he/she can remove it again with Gladiator's Medallion. Was it the same before or that will be possible in 8.2 patch because of the global cooldown removal?

Sick of deep wounds as mastery. Should've just stayed as a passive and give arms more upfront damage. Feels terrible to play a class where the passive does more damage than the specs signature move..

I think there was a typo in the updated information for Vengeance Demon Hunter Soul Cleave

Soul Cleave Viciously strike all enemies in front of you for (41.85%5835% of Attack power) Physical damage and heal yourself for (105% of Attack power).
Consumes up to 2 Soul Fragments within 25 yds.

It looks like there is a decimal missing between 58 and 35 in the attack power conversion percentage.

Nearly 100% of all teams doing high keys are using Resto Druids.

As a Holy Paladin, I find it difficult to get into PUG groups, even when my raider.io is higher than the group leader's. Every team wants a Resto Druid.

So I come here and see... a slight nerf to Holy Paladins and ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to balance out Resto Druids.

NOTHING. I guess the message here is that all healers should be druids if you want to do high mythic+ keys.

So just a few things... First, the prot warrior nerf is now 70%? Thats going to kill prot warr in m+ completely, nerfing it to 50% was fine enough. Second, human racial not being shared with regular trinket is what caused them to be the most broken race since vanilla, and its getting changed back to that for what reason exactly? Third, buffing the BiS AoE outlaw rogue trait is extremely stupid, no matter how small the buff is.

Thank you for nerfing my prot warrior blizz.i appreciate that right when i was on the verge of returning to wow for 8.2 i get to see my class get ^&*! canned again. im glad to see that nothing has changed and prot warriors are still getting dumped on. the only thing we had a prot warriors was our damage but now we have nothing yet again. it was hard enough trying to get into raids and mythic dungeons but now it will be impossible. its kind of hard to find the desire to keep playing after your class continues to be decimated by useless and unneeded nerfs along with having the worst ability toolkit out of all the tank classes.

I'm calling it now that Affliction Warlocks are going to jump up on charts because of that PvP talent change. Remember kids, the PvP Essence will give you ONE of your PvP talents, and for Affliction Warlocks, that talent they changed here is what's getting unlocked.
